Upon attempting to schedule we found that we were not within the covered range and did not schedule service.

They were very thorough, they were very prompt, but what she quoted me is not what she ended up charging me. So, I was a little bit taken back by that. They were pretty expensive. She quoted me $185, and then she came in and they were here the amount of time she said that they would be here, but she ended up charging me $370 because she had to do a little bit extra. I am not a messy housekeeper. She is very polite. She is very thorough with her work. She was on time.

I had no issues dealing with connie. She was a little tough to understand over the phone, but once she came to the house it went well. She explained what she would do, when she would come and what to expect. My wife loves all the natural cleaning products and loves the way the house smells. We have two young children and a dog. All of which are disasters when it comes to the house. Connie's team are friendly to all of us including the dog! They usually come when we are not in the house, but we have been there a couple times. We have a 2400 sq/ft house and the crew is usually 3 people and they finish in about 3 hours. Having Connie's crew come in once a month saves a ton of stress for myself and my wife. I even had Connie clean one of my rental houses in between tenants, and I referred her to several of my friends who have used her all with good things to say.

Connie scheduled an appointment to see house and give an estimate. I pointed to the major issues I thought needed work, notably the bathroom, and she explained very clearly what her team will do an what to expect. For example Connie explained it would take several hours (3-4) and she will bring in several people to do the job. We agreed to do the cleaning the following Monday. The first team, included 3 people and what I assume was the team lead who clearly spoke and understood English, arrived on-time or within 15 minutes. They worked for about an hour or two when the second team arrived. This team included about 5 more people. Connie personally arrived about 2 hours in the project and jumped right into the cleaning herself. As the work progressed members of the team who kindly ask if I could relocate myself to a different section of the house so they could proceed with their work without interruption. About 30 minutes before they finished Connie personally walked me through the house to do an inspection. Her team worked diligently and were well coordinated. Things they did which amazed me was their ability nearly remove 10 years of hard water and soap stains from the shower and completely remove a dark stain in the toilet which I incorrectly thought was permanently discolored porcelain. In addition her team cleared all surfaces, floor boards, hard wood floors and made the appliances shine. We also agreed to to have the windows cleaned inside and out. The windows have never looked so clear. I only noticed a couple of things that weren't done. An iron grate in front of the fireplace was still dusty and the window screens were dusty and had cob webs on them. As the last thing to clean was the exterior windows, Connie asked whether I wouldn't mind if I would remove and reinstall the window screens and her team wouldn't need to re-enter the house. I agreed and before re-installing the screens I dusted them off myself.

I'm very satisfied with their service. They always do a very thorough job of cleaning and their always conscientious. They bring their own supplies.

She generally brings out a team of 3 people and herself. They are extremely thorough. I am really happy with her service. They address any question appropriately. I am satisfied with them. The owner gives an estimate before she does the work. She comes and look at the house. She talks about what I want to have done in the first visit. After that I can tell her what I want. She is very thorough. I get what I pay for. She is a little expensive.

Connie is wonderful, I will be using again her in the future. She is very professional and brought over her crew, she jumped right in and got the job done even if that meant her staying later! She was very commendable!

Everything went very well. I cannot wait until they come back.

Connie came in and gave me a thorough estimate. She has cleaned my house twice, and both times it was in the ballpark of the estimate. Connie and her crew are very hard-working individuals, and they work from the time they arrive to the time they leave. Yes, they are probably a little more than some others, but you get what you pay for. When they are finished, my home is clean and fresh. I will continue to use Connie.

I have been using Connie's Natural Cleaning service for over a year. They arrive promptly, do the job professionally, and are cheerful. They also are considerate of our cats, so much that the cats enjoy being with the cleaning crew. I can always count on them doing a good and thorough job. If I wanted something unusual done, such as vacuuming the cat tree, they remembered to do it the next time as well. Connie has made last-minute adjustments to the schedule if I needed them. The crew is always cheerful and professional.

Too much time, too little quality, way overpriced.

The service was complete and cleaning was done exactly as stated in the estimate, actually cleaner than we expected.

I reached out to Connie for housecleaning services in November. Connie arrived at the home viewing/estimate appointment on time. She was very professional and listened to my needs very carefully. I explained that I currently had a cleaning service which has turned over personnel several times in the last few months, and the quality was deteriorating. I shared that I am very picky and pay fine attention to the details of the cleaning. Connie acknowledged my needs. She advised that there were certain things her service would not provide (i.e., empty a dishwasher or wash/put away dishes in the sink). I was ok with this, even though my previous housecleaners did these tasks. Her estimate was on the high side, but I was willing to pay more for a service if it is done very well. We setup a bi-weekly schedule for cleaning. On the first cleaning service, Connie and her team were 2 hours late. When she arrived, she indicated her prior appointment ran over. Her team got right to work though, and I was very pleased with the results. They paid attention to the details!! Connie and her team came every two weeks. They were always on time moving forward. For the next 3 visits, Connie came with the team and cleaned with them. I was very pleased with the services and even recommended Connie to some neighbors. During the next two or three services, Connie was not with the team, and I noticed a significant difference in the quality of the work. The team left lights on, they did not remove the lazy susan from the kitchen table and dust under it, they left other areas undusted, there were crumbs remaining on the kitchen and dining room floors, I had to ask them to re-clean the wood floors because they looked like they had streaks and footprints on them, and during the last service, they left the garage door open when they left. This was a big detail that was missed. As a result, I have decided to look for another housecleaning service and have cancelled the service with Connie.

They were very good and I felt that I got excellent value for the money.

I didn't use them. They wouldn't come to Livermore. Stop asking me for a review.

I didn't have a good experience with this cleaner. I was trying to coordinate this move in CA from NY. Connie was quite late, didn't call, and my mother in law who was at the apt had to call me to track her down. When she arrived, my mother in law said that she wasn't particularly easy to deal with. She seemed rushed, unwilling to clean, and had to be asked to redo parts of her work. Her attitude also seemed to be poor. Again, as I wasn't there, I can only relate what I was told. At an already stressful time, Connie made things even worse.

I called Connie to request an estimate. Within a few hours she came to the house to agree on the work requested and and provided a written estimate. Since scheduling on my part was limited because of travel, Connie offered to come the following Saturday with a team. On the day of the estimate, she advised that the previous customer's home was very large and the team might be a few minutes late in arriving at my home. Although the team did arrive a few minutes late it was not a problem. The team of four, including Connie, worked quickly, carefully, and efficiently. It did take about 30 minutes longer to complete than estimated, but Connie immediately offered to honor her estimate. The result was wonderful.

My home is large, so the cleaners were not able to clean the entire home, but in general they did a good job.

Connie is extremely responsive and professional. She listened to what mattered most to me before she got started, and set high expectations of her "crew" . With very few exceptions, they deliver great results - not to mention that I trust them in my home. I'd highly recommend their services.

Connie is amazing. She and her staff are the most thorough cleaning company I have ever had. She knew what to do in every area and when she was done my home was sparkling and refreshed. Her attention to detail and an "eye for what's needed" are her strong points. Since the deep cleaning I have had her come every two weeks on a regular basis. My house is staying cleaner and the dust is not building up as before. Over the past several years I have had help weekly or every other week and none have been as thorough as Connie. She was very professional in explaining what would be done and kept to her commitment. I am thankful for Angie's List for this great referral!

Connie was very responsive to my short lead time need and really wanted to help - knowing full well this job might only be a one time. deal. We agreed on 2 hours and I would tell the cleaners what I specifically needed done. If they needed more time they would talk with me about it. A young man and a woman showed up and they were unbelievable. It was one of our rare hot days and these two never stopped or paused to catch their breath. I have 51 indoor steps and a big dog so that was one of the big jobs I needed done. They did an excellent job - I would love to have them back as a team. I needed 2 upstairs bedrooms vacuumed and dusted so I assumed that was all they would do. When I went upstairs to get ready for my guests I saw that my bed was made, my closest were vacuumed and all my shoes lined up nice and neat. I am very happy and very impressed customer and I will engage Connie's services again. Thanks Connie and my crew - great job.

The service was ok. There were a few minor issues with the hours, but they were able to work it all out. The workers were good.

I purchased the "big deal" through Angie's List - 4 hrs of service for $50 and gave the certificate to my pregnant daughter in law to use to have her 1 bdrm apartment deep cleaned before the baby arrived last year. Unfortunately Connie's was not willing or able to come to clean stating that they did not service Fremont. The deal's fine print said that Fremont was included in their area and I called their offices prior to purchasing the certificate and was told that they would come to Fremont. Needless to say both my daughter in law and myself were both disappointed with the experience

I am handicaped and I really think I could have cleaned everything they did in one hour. It took two of them two hours. They moppped the family room floor and missed a 4'x4' spot in the middle of the floor. I asked them to clean the blinds with a damp cloth and they used a dry cloth. The woman who dropped the workers off spoke English, but I don't think the actual workers did. I was not impressed at all and would not hire them again.

Connie you would have received a lot ot work from me and it's your loss.
