Connie cleaned my home once a week for three weeks. She was professional but did not give the expected results. She agreed to help with jobs that due to my disabilities I can't do like; fold laundry, put away groceries, etc. but when it came time to do them she claimed she had time constraints. Having read her reviews that she is often late doing extras for her clients, and these weren't even extra, I was disappointed but it was the rudeness and irritability that ended the relationship. She uses vinegar only for cleaning and nothing else leaving the house smelling pungently of vinegar. Vinegar does not sanitize or disinfect so the house looked clean but the germs were still there. Having had housecleaners for 25 yrs. I am used to over charging for the "initial thorough cleaning" which was no more than routine maintenance. I am used to being promised everything and then having to argue just to get the job done. So her tardiness and lack of wanting to do all that was agreed upon did not surprise me. Her rude and irritated manner did her in.

She is excellent, prompt and very accommodating. She uses all natural products. Her pricing is very good and the quality of her service is also very good.

We have been using them for around a year now. There are usually two or three people who come over to do the job, and they come weekly. They do an extremely thorough job which is much better than what others do. The business owner, Connie, is extremely easy to deal with. We have two big raucous dogs and the crew is very good with them. They don?t mind the dogs being around and are quite comfortable with them. One of the cleaners who is Vietnamese gives commands to my dogs and they obey her. It is nice to have people like that at home.

Connie was very professional. They stayed longer than was originally scheduled, and they all did a great job. I will definitely be calling on them in the future.

Great! I've hired them to do the house once a month for now. We have a big dog. They had no trouble with him, and were vary careful with everything in my house.

Connie was hired to clean my house after a 3-week period when we had been traveling and the house was occupied by dogsitters (and the dog). We arrived home from the airport to find her and two helpers in their fifth hour of cleaning. Even though Connie had estimated it would be a much shorter time, she did not ask for more money or complain about how much time it took--she just did the job, and did it perfectly. The house has never been so clean. She did this for a one-time fee of $275 for our 3,000 square foot house. Though our house looks clean because it is light-colored and not cluttered, we do not normally have professional cleaners, and Connie was deceived by its clean look, and thought it would be a 2-3 hour job. She discovered it was not so clean--and got to work. We will hire her again, and, if the economy improves, hope to hire her regularly; she gave us a price of $155 for once a month, or $135 for twice a month. I should also mention that the house smelled clean and fresh--not like dog, not like people, and not like disinfectant products--just clean.

She understood my request that I wanted detailed cleaning and did not care if the entire house was cleaned if it meant that detailed cleaning would be sacraficed. However detailed cleaning was provided and the entire house was cleaned.

We are rather particular about our home and the many things we have collected in our travels, and for some strange reason no one has cleaned around these treasures and put them back in the exact same spot. But Connie does! She is attentive to instructions and carries them out precisely. I didn?t realize our stove hood filters needed replace. But Connie did! After the diligent initial base cleaning that took many hours, Connie now comes bi-weekly and cleans it all in two hours. And as a plus we find her price to be very reasonable; a fixed hourly rate no matter how many people are on her cleaning team. We cannot wait for spring and a heavy cleaning that will probably take all day. But Connie and her team can handle it! As a huge bonus to us, Connie is quite a warm, caring and sincere person, and she humbly offer her opinion to make things better!

RESPONDED TO OUR CALL. DID VERY THROUGH JOB IN CLEANING HOUSE (~ 2100 SQ FT) WHICH WAS NOT THAT DIRTY, IN ~ 5 HOURS.

We called Connie on the Friday before Christmas...she agreed to do an estimate on Sunday (my request) and had her team there Monday night! They are incredibly booked b/c they do such good work, but Connie is great and incredibly responsive.

They are friendly and professional.

I found Connie highly professional in her evaluation and assessments of my needs. She was very clear and direct as to what her and her team could or couldn't do. I had her clean my entire house and she did so well, even though one of her worker's had fallen ill. Her and one other worker cleaned my very large home by themselves. I invited Connie's service to clean my house on a bi-weekly basis following that wonderful service.

Connie is professional and friendly. Her team is hardworking and I appreciate that this a family business with a focus on natural cleaning products. Connie can be depended on to tell you that you might not need to have the windows cleaned again for another 6 months, she's honest! She's a little pricey, but provides good service.

Although I am not in their service area they agreed to come once every two weeks. Connie and Co. are fabulous, very hardworking very diligent, trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with. They were scheduled to arrive at 4:30pm, but the previous job took 6hrs instead of the estimated 4hrs, Connie kept me up to date with arrival times, but it meant I had to hang around for 2hrs...thus a B for punctuality. I would recommend Connie and her company to everyone and anyone.

Connie was wonderful to work with. She's friendly, professional and a real sweetheart.

They were friendly and I could communicate very easily with Connie to let her know what I needed. They did a good job overall. They were fairly efficient and quick.

I just recently moved to Oakland and was looking for a housecleaning service. I found Connie's on Angies List and decided to give them a try. I have now been using Connie's for over 4 months. Connie's owner/employees are very professional, courteous and nice. Work is done promptly according to the schedule we've set up. It's always a pleasure to come home after they've been there. If I need something special done, all I have to do is leave Connie's a note.

Connie and her people did a fabulous job! My mom is very picky and was very complimentary of their professionalism and care with her house, as well as the wonderful end results. They were very thorough and cleaned places that probably hadn't be touched in years. I have now hired Connie to do regular cleaning of my Mom's house on a regular basis and to give my house a thorough once over.

They did a good job, especially in the bathroom, but they were hampered by the equipment they use. For instance, they use small brooms to clean hardwood floors and I am not sure what they use to dust, but it sure isn't Swiffers. In the past I have paid $80-$85 for a cleaner to do the whole house including a half-bath and loft upstairs. I feel frustrated by the expense and the time it took to do this work.

Our old cleaning lady was great, but decided to retire so we had interviewed 5 companies and she had the best price and was the most responsive. We were very specific as to who we chose because we had specific instructions. They are very affordable. She is sharp and a good business woman. She also accepts credit cards; we trust her with the information.
