Description of Work: I purchased a $50 Big Deal for 4 hours of house cleaning in 2010. They sent more than one person. They had a little trouble finding my home, but that was totally understandable. If they had known where I lived they may have charged extra for travel. It turned out fine, but it was years ago so some of the details are hazy. They may have stayed past the 4 hour mark. I probably wouldn’t hire them again, not because anything was wrong with the service, but I have found another service provider.

After she came to my house and gave me an estimate of $90.00, when I later called her for setting a date, she told me it would be $90 for each of her 3 people who,would be coming. For the size of my house, this was way too much. Did not feel,I needed 3 cleaners. Sorry. This should have been explained at first contact.

Description of Work: As a result of an ad in a local paper, I went to Connie's Natural Cleaning Services web site and sent an email requesting service (with some questions). Several days later, I got a phone call from someone who identified herself as "Connie". I tried to get answers to my questions, but she didn't speak English very well and I had a difficult time understanding what she was trying to communicate. Ultimately, I understood Connie wasn't accepting new business. I hung up confused: why advertise if you don't want new business? However, since we had communicate problems during a simple phone call, I don't think we would have been a good match.

Description of Work: Bought the deal through Angie's List but could never get through on the phone. Called several times, never got anyone to call me back. Eventually I just gave up and stopped buying deals through Angie's List.

Description of Work: I had two young women come to help me with housecleaning. They arrived on time and began working immediately with the chores I asked them to do. I have several bathrooms with a lot of tile and they scrubbed the tiles, cleaned all fixtures, washed the floors. They worked fast and they worked hard. I was by pleased with the end result and will definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: I have never had a cleaning service. I work full time have three children ages 17 years to 22 months.My husband finally convinced me to give in and accept some help. I called serveral companies for an estimate. Connie was very responsive. She was on vacation and called me a day after receiving my message. She continued to email me during her vacation so I would know when she would contact me. I live with four men so keeping a neat house isn't easy. The estimate I received was fair, it wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive. It took her and her team a little over 5 hours to get the house clean. My floors were shining, the hood over my range was spotless, the backdoor the dog presses herself next to was crystal clear. The house also smelled very clean. My 22 month old has asthma and Connie made sure her team did a thorough job in his room. I was introduced to the lead person who would be responsible for the bimonthly cleaning. Everyone was very nice and professional. I would highly recommend Connie and her team.

Description of Work: This was first time cleaning. Connie came with three other staff. The cleaning took little over two and half hours. They did a thorough cleaning of the whole house. We were very pleased with the work and have hired Connie to clean our house on a regular basis twice a week.

Description of Work: I signed up for Connie's Natural Cleaning special of 4 hours for $50. Two people came and swooped thru the apt. getting the big things like vacuuming and the bathroom. They did a very nice job.
