I needed a service call on a Sunday night as one of my systems was not operating. Jack came out immediately and repaired the system. To have such prompt attention on a Sunday is invaluable. Since both systems were relatively old, we decided to replace both. My service call was credited and the systems were discounted since I bought both. It was a 2 day job that was done within 72 hours after the service call. Completely satisfied!

I hired Comfort Cool to install two central air conditioning units in my home and they quoted me a fair price for the work. One thing I really liked was that the owner wasn't trying to "Sell" me each step of the way and the information he was giving me was very practical not the typical fluff that most companies waste your time with to try and act like your buddy so that you buy all the extras down the road. We set the date for the install and I paid the deposit. The day before the install I received a call informing me that they would be at my house at 9:30 the next morning and guess what? They were actually at my house at 9:30 the next morning. Unfortunately, (Or fortunately as it would turn out) the supply house only had one of the carrier units they ordered in stock even though they had requested two. Not a problem, these guys showed up with two of the top end carrier units and charged me their cost which was minimal, maybe $500.00. I think it went from an 18 seer unit to 22 seer units with 10 year warrantees. The owner told me he didn't want me to wait for three days for the other units to come in because he told me they would be installed that day and I really appreciated that and the upgrade. I have had to have them back out to the house one time when one of the units stopped working after about four years. I think it was a capacitor. I called them and Jack the owner told me he would "fit me in" He showed up about two hours later, found the issue quickly and didn't even charge me for the call. Oh ya he didn’t use the service call to sell me on a bunch of other junk I didn't need either! I highly recommend Comfort Cool. Great work, very knowledgeable, honest and above they are all around good people who treat you and your time respectfully.

Jack from Comfort Cool is an honest, reliable, hard working, pleasant man. He installed a new AC system for us. He was professional, gave a very fair price and his work was great. He also provided service/maint at another property- everything went great there too. He is not going to give you a laundry list of things you don't need. He advised me that something in the outside unit will probably need replacement in the near future, but still had some life left. Talk about honest! How would I know the difference? Thank you Jack & Comfort Cool- you skill and honesty are not very common these days! It's a pleasure to work with you!

Very well. Owner Jack called and made an appointment for the next day, showed up promptly and honored the Angie's List coupon. He thoroughly serviced our units, and replaced the thermostat as requested and re-aligned the vents to stop blowing icy air on seating areas. Although our heat pump is about 10 years old he did not try to immediately sell us a new one. The current unit works well although making noises indicating it will wear out sooner rather than later. Overall a positive experience.

Awesome - I have looked and looked for a HVAC contractor like this for years. I immediately got a very comforting feeling that I was not going to be pressured into buying a new system or paying for things I do not need. Most of the larger HVAC contractors in this area basically send sales reps out as techs to tell you why you need to get a new system whenever possible. I was told by Jack (tech) that although my system was old (15 years) and there were more efficient systems available - my system was actually in good shape (and it continues to run fine). Funny - another company's tech told me in the fall that my system was too old to do any service on and the only thing he could do is give me a price for a new one. Yet - 6 months later - the system was still running - and Jack told me I could upgrade or keep this one until it dies. Funny (not really) What the world needs is more honest techs like Jack and his crew - and less "techs" that are highly commissioned to sell new systems. Long run / this worked out for Jack - he just sold a new system to a buddy of mines whose system had totially died. He had the sale before he walked in the door as my buddy had been screwed before as well. Plus I have another house that has a system that does need replaced.

I couldn't be happier about my experience with Comfort Cool. The owner, Jack, was incredibly nice to work with and very professional. He installed a brand new AC system for us when ours quit working only a few weeks after moving into our new home. He was very punctual and got our house cooled down in no time. Jack is the kind of guy who takes pride in his work and it shows with how nice and neat everything is when he leaves. He installed the system a year ago and everything has been working perfectly since. I would definitely recommend this company.
