cable tv service
 + -1 moreI've been with them for years. The price of the service is too much. They only have one actual store that you have to go into or the only thing they've made convenient now is you can mail your equipment back. You can bring it to any UPS store and it's free of charge. You bring it in there and they will return the equipment for free. When it works, it's great. When it doesn't, it doesn't. The billing stinks. Trying to get credit back on services not provided, stinks. I got a bill of $170 because they came out here and they had to fix something so that the more expensive box that I ordered from them would work. Everybody apologizes for everything, but they don't understand the word.
Description of Work: I use Comcast for cable service.
