Terrible. Service out for over a week. Could not work from home, took 4 visits to even make tolerable. NEED COMPETITION!

they came in 4 different times and each time the representative had very different solutions for our internet problems. we eventually found out that there was not a solution and that was it. we haven't done anything since then.

Over last two years, cable box exchanged 6 times. All proved to be defective. Continuously increased fees. Frequent downtime even during no periods of power failures. Failure to return phone calls. Inflexibility in adjusting rates for undelivered programs. Horribly rude treatment by customer service reps and technicians.
Description of Work: Nothing except rude service for an altogether broken, incompetent, overpriced service.

Their services are fair. I really do not like them. I just think they are too much of a monopoly and they act accordingly. They are not responsive and when they come out, they are like we know-it-all and you-know-nothing attitude.
Description of Work: We are using Comcast. We have extra service. We also have our computer’s online services with them.

They have been the absolute worst that I have had to deal with. They charged me for services I didn't get. Then the service didn't work. It was four months until the service was working right. They charged me for a service call that they shouldn't have. Two of the staff were very good. One was so bad I almost wrote a letter to Comcast to tell them how pitiful he was. He was unprofessional and insulting. They left the area good. Poor service. 2 out of 4 employees botched up the job.

Comcast has got to be one of the worst cable TV and internet providers there is. I miss, miss, miss Verizon. Everything about Comcast is horrific. It's amazing they're still in business. My internet is so slow I can't print - it times out before getting to the printer. They can't do anything write the first, or even fifth time. Bills are incorrect. You can't even get through to them on the phone without it dropping. They can't find our account when we call. Awful, awful, awful. Verizon, please come to SWFL!!!!!

Called them many times from my office. everybody at my office knows about this. when I called them today, they told me that nobody called Comcast/Xfinity home for help. they don't see any call in their system. I was shocked! At the end, they won't fix the service and won't give my money back.
Description of Work: My security system broke they did not fix for 8 months kept charging and when I cancelled it they also charged early termination fee off $600.00 even though it was their fault.

Description of Work: They connected the wiring, and checked the cable, tv phone and internet |They were on time in the 2 hour window promised and they finished in 1.5 hour. |They had the best price for the services and the best internet service as well. |The rest of the competion did not compare to Comcast on the internet service. |As a snowbird, when I leave , I call ans suspend the service and there is no charge for this service. They reinitiate the service on a phone call . |

We were moving into a new home in a development which has approximately 300 of 700 new homes already completed. We were told to contact the representative 2 weeks prior to our closing date to insure that our service was ready for us upon closing date. I contacted the representative as directed and spent the next 8 days playing phone tag with the rep and then he hung up on me. Following the hang up, he never answered my phone calls. That was just the beginning... once we had moved in, my husband went to the Comcast Store to set up service. He was told that our lot/house hadn't been released by the builder yet for them to activate service. The lot/house had been released by the builder. But... the rep said that they would clear it up and call my husband either that evening or the next morning at the latest. Guess what? No phone call was received. We went back to the Comcast store. The first rep we spoke to told us the same thing...your house hasn't been released.... After both my and my husbands voices taking on a "firm" tone, a different rep came to help. She actually seemed to know what she was doing. She contacted someone and within 3 days, we had someone come to our home to set up the internet/TV. The good news: The person who came to install the internet/TV was Super nice and very reactive to our questions/needs. So if service was so bad, why would we use Comcast again? Easy answer, they have an monopoly, so what else can we do?

we moved our construction business 3 blocks from our former address an P**** Gorda, FL. Comcast did not have the Phone service moved to our new location despite our numerous calls. They gave us a temporary # and assured us they would have the phone up and running within a week. It never happened, it is now Jan. 2014 and they still have made no effort to restore service. also adding to the problem, they keep advertizing the old # in the yellow pages of the local directory. It's frustrating and costly to say the least. Considering legal action at this time. Mrs. P. T. Brown
