Well, thank goodness I was working in the bathroom when it happened. That thing could have leaked for hours and hours as opposed to minutes and ruined out hardwood floors. So, he fixed it (and in the on position : ) ) for us for the time being. We had to notify our Associations Management of course so he could shut down the whole buildings water to fix ours. So, we gave them 48 hrs notice and he was back out as soon as we could let him. Fixed the shut off and stubbed out my shower for the new tile, whew!!! Don is the MAN!!! I just love them, have used them for years and always always been pleased. I was surprised to not find them on the list when I joined so just had to add them. They really are great people, knowledgeable, kind and priced fair.
