Mr. (member name removed), We are sorry to hear that you believe Collier Computer Systems, LLC has let you down. We take all reviews VERY seriously and have investigated your allegations against CCS thoroughly. It is important to realize that we receive a large number of incoming calls each day and must somehow determine which calls are current clients, potential clients, advertisers, marketing personnel, etc. to that end; our company had enlisted the following policy back in 2008. It is company policy to NOT return calls when the caller (1) does not provide a contact name, AND (2) the caller does not provide a short description of the services that may be required. Our answering service clearly states to (a.) provide your name (b.) the best number for contact (c.) best time to return your call, and (d.) leave a short description of the problem you're experiencing, and we will return your call. A caller leaving an example message would NOT get a return call from us: (example) "Please call me back!" or "It is very important that you return this call as soon as possible". Without a name or description of the purpose of the call - we assume it is either a marketing call, or a sales-type call, or even a possible wrong number! ------------------- After careful review we cannot locate ANY records for your name (or even a partial name, first OR last), OR your phone number ending in '3162', or any description of work that was unassociated with a name, for the time frame 24DEC2012 thru 07OCT2013. We definitely could not find two (2) calls that match this information! We find it very strange (as I'm sure you do too) and almost unbelievable, that you would have called and NOT left your name with us. Our call records are extremely detailed in nature - and even unreturned, marketing, and even wrong number calls, are STILL logged regularly. We believe this MAY BE the possibility your call remained unreturned; or MORE LIKELY could it be possible that you dialed a computer repair competitor, such as "Collier Computing Services", "Collier PC", OR "Naples Computer Systems"? All our company names are similar; however, we are NOT affiliated with any of these other businesses. IN ANY CASE - IF you still require computing assistance, we would be more than willing to arrange a time and date to address your specific computing problem(s), and work-out a repair plan for you. Should you discover; however, that in fact, this issue lies with a local competitor and NOT with Collier Computer Systems, would you please let us know, either by e-mail or by phone message.
