+ 1 moreFrom the start, the representative was never on time. Sometimes leaving the job and not returning. The job was poor, as the backsplash included broken tile, crooked tiles and sloppy grout. The countertop was covered with grout residue. They were called back out and had to scrape with razor. Finished project still wasn't 100%. Flooring was great, but trim didn't match and they wouldn't work with me on changing it out for reasonable charge. The owner called to say he was taking over job in the middle. Even he did not follow through. Never even inspected my job when finished. I would never recommend this company.
