house cleaning
+ -1 moreAwful, I would not hire them again. ALSO BEWARE OF PREPAYMENT WITH THIS COMPANY!
Description of Work: Prepaid for 1 month of house cleaning. Quality/service poor and after 2 cleanings (of 8) fired them. Broken items and drywall. Would not refund. I prepaid for house cleaning for 1 month; 2 times a week for 4 weeks. We agreed on a list of thins that were to be done at each cleaning. After 2 cleanings, I determined that the quality was extremely poor, for example: broken tiles, marks on drywall and floor trim from pulling vacuum cord over, floors not cleaned/ mopped (at all), laundry not done, laundry not dry/ folded wet, toilet paper hold pulled out of drywall, trash not taken out. I spoke to Maria in the cleaning solutions office, after the first cleaning, who assured me that they had some new people they were using and that they would send their very best next time. She also told me that they would refund me for the first 2 cleanings as they were poor quality and that she would personally bring by a check the following day. The check was never delivered despite multiple calls to Maria and Juanita Olmedo (Owner). Ultimately, they quit answering my calls and would not return the messages that I left. In my messages I requested a refund for the balance of the cleanings that I had prepaid for ($435.00). Cleaning Solutions has not responded or refunded my pre- payment.

You get directed to some latino backround music and then a message - They direct you to their website to set an appt., which I did for 1on 1/4 to set appt. for /19 at 12 noon. Never heard from them until 1/18 when they called to confirm and also sent an email to confirm - despite the fact I left 4 messages and sent an email (online, since no email is given.) 1/18 email: Barbara Jean, Just a quick note to remind you that you have an appointment scheduled at the following time: Service: SPECIAL C/T* Date: Saturday, January 19, 2013 Time: 12:00pm With: Alex At times an appointment may take longer than expected depending on how much attention each home needs. It is now 6:45, they have still not arrived and never answered or returned any phone calls we made. So now my wonderful husband has rented a carpet cleaning machine and I am using our Orek steamer to clean the tile. I will complain to Groupon on Monday. This is totally unprofessional. Sounds like a mom & pop shop who may want to do well, but they are obviously over their heads and do not understand basic customer service. DO NOT USE!
Description of Work: Purchased a Groupon for carpet and tile cleaning, made an appt. on the company's website. Company finally called on 1/18 to confirm appt. for 12 noon on 1/19.
