It’s very rare in life that you meet a business that achieves the perfect balance of customer compassion and professional perfection but I met such a company when I hired and witnessed the work of Jim and Rick from Clean Air Management (CAM). They quickly responded to my call and assisted in assessing my overwhelming situation. The report, 17 pages, was timely and easy to understand. It included detailed information on sample findings and the required process to resolve my issue. Both gentleman, both Jim and Rick responded promptly to answer any questions Their pricing was very representative for the hard work and services they performed. I am forever grateful to them for doing what they did in my time of distress. I appreciate them and owe them my life. I highly recommend their services.

I was pleased with the professionalism of this company. The report was completed quickly so I could remediate the asbestos ASAP. Presence of some molds was confirmed, but not at danger levels. I would definitely call this company in the future.

He was professional and punctual, and got the reports back on time. Very easy to work with. I don't know exactly what the price was though, it was handled through my insurance company.
Description of Work: I had an ice dam and there was evidence of mold. He came out and tested the air before and after the mold remediation company did their repair work. Full air quality test with report, this was needed for the insurance company.

He came and did a post remediation test after the work was done, and it failed, so he got in touch with the company, and they came and did some more work. His price was good, because he was cheaper than others that I had contacted.
Description of Work: We used Clean Air Management, Inc. They came and analyzed the mold problem that we had and make recommendations before the mold remediation company did any work.
