Whether buying or selling or just need some advice where to get started we would hire them again without hesitation !
Description of Work: Chris and her husband Pete spent 3 full days showing us properties. They were so helpful answering all of our questions and guiding us along the way. Every hour my wife and I spent with them solidified our decision that we had made the right choice selecting their team. After confiding in their extensive knowledge of the current market and local market experiences , we were able to compare property values and determine that the property that we finally settled on was the perfect match for our needs.

She has an excellent understanding of the real estate market and wth her professionalism, responsiveness and experience she found our home and made it a smooth process from start to closing. As soon as our home came on the market we made an offer within a day or so. Chris acted quickly and responsively. She communicated with us and the buyer's agent through emails, texts and phone and went out of her way to come to us at our rental home to get the job done. Chris made us feel like we were her #1 priority. My husband and I highly recommend Chris whether you are buying or selling or both.

She was responsive and attentive, She provided us with updates that were relevant to us and were customized to our needs. She was supportive throughout and understood our challenges. She also understood going in that we may or may not end up purchasing a home, and that did not deter her from throwing herself into the project. She worked with long distance -- that's why I listed my home address below. I would recommend her to any buyer or seller in her geographical area.

Description of Work: Christine Jones was amazing. She knew exactly what we needed in a home for our family. We worked with her from San Francisco long distance to determine a list of showings. When we arrived in Naples she could not have been nicer and together she and her husband Pete showed us the town and several houses in two days. Ultimately we decided not to buy in Naples and Chris was so understanding. I would recommend Chris to any serious buyer who needs a great negotiator, a well-connected agent who is a fixture in the community. Thank you Sotheby's and Chris Jones!

+ -1 moreI cannot imagine a better realtor than Chris Jones, and she and her husband Pete are a great team. It started when I sent an email through her website and she called a little later that day. After that she was in constant contact, either showing us possible homes, submitting offers and counter offers, or later on pushing the home buying process through to completion. She is very responsive, and seemingly always available. Chris gets to know her clients and what they are looking for, then provides helpful suggestions to show what is out there. And she is dogged in her search and research. In fact, the house we ended up buying was a result of her checking up on a house we loved but was overpriced with a somewhat unreasonable seller when we first saw it and made offers. She noticed a price drop, talked to us about it, and swooped in with an offer that was accepted and was lower than our rejected final offer the first time around. She is good! I have been living mostly outside the country for the past eight years and upon returning have been surprised at a general downturn in the quality of customer service, so it was refreshing to deal with someone so easy to work with, professional, kind, yet aggressive at the same time. I couldn't recommend anyone more than Christine Jones at Berkshire Hathaway.

+ -1 moreIt went as well as could be expected in a banker's market. She found a number of suitable houses and I made a number of offers. We just didn't hit the jackpot and was unable to buy in the time I had before I had to move. She is a class act all the way.
Description of Work: Christine worked with me to find a house in the Cape Coral area as I was moving back to the states from Mexico. Her background and knowledge of financing was priceless for me. I found that as we saw places that we were both "on the same" page in every house we saw. She would point out the positives and the negatives. Her honesty created a trust that allowed me to return to Mexixo and keep working with her from there. She found me the perfect house and I made an offer based on her many photos and descriptions. She walked me carefully through the process and we had an accepted offer. I was thrilled. Sadly, this was right at the time that it was discovered that so many of the foreclosures were not handled properly and through absolutely no fault of Chris', the sale fell through as the property was taken off the market. She worked feverishly to find another home for me, but we were dealing with a deadline and time ran out. I decided to wait a year and look again. So, then she started helping me find a perfect rental. What impressed me the most about Chris is that she usually works with customers in the Naples area and in the high end real estate market. I was definitely not that type of buyer, but she took the time and really educated me on how I could finance a house in my price range. I have never had a real estate agent that listened so well and really understood what I wanted. She was so honest that I had complete faith in her judgement and would work with her again in a minute.
