It went well. They called to let me know they were running a half hour late. Chris and James were very professional and easy to deal with. They did a great job at a reasonable price.

Carlos and Jamie showed up a little early and did a great job especially with our stairs that had a lot of dirt from them. The carpet looked like new when they were done and our home feels so much better so clean! About 800 sq ft of carpet and was about 2.5 hours for the entire job. Within a few hours the carpet was pretty dry and the next morning dry!!

I have used Chem-Dry for the past 3 years. They are the best and have a very fair price.

Carlos and his helped came right on time and cleaned all the usual areas I have cleaned. They did an awesome job and did it in a great period of time. They moved the furniture requested and just did their usual amazing job! They then put all the furniture back in place on the little pads. I will never use any other carpet cleaning service but Chem-Dry by Rhein. They are the very best!

Very well. I was vacuuming and found that the carpets were not only dirty but had obviously not been vacuumed in quite a while- bags full of carpet fuzz. Responsiveness and punctuality were both an A+ - I called in a panic because it needed to be cleaned before the arrival of my things and they came the same day, and they arrived early!

The workers, particularly Carlos, were prompt, efficient, and thorough.

They do a fantastic job and we could not ask for anything better. They are a better value than other companies that do the same thing. They are very thorough, friendly and polite. We became aware of them because my mother was working a location and they came and cleaned the carpet there.

I have recommended them to three people this week. They came the next day and told me to put damp towels on the carpet that night until they could come the next morning. Carlos has a great personality and he really cares about the work that he does. I have used them for several years. When I talk to Sherry over the phone she always knows exactly who she is talking to, which is very nice. I highly recommend them especially to people that live in a mobile home as they do a dryer cleaning process and that is important for those types of homes. I absolutely love them.

Over the years, I had alternated between them and another company and the other company got their turn, and they messed up and went to another home. The other company got confrontational with me and so I called Chem-Dry and they came out quickly. Carlos came to do the work and he did an amazing job and they are the only company that I will call. He was on time and he was able to do the work very good. I would highly recommend them. They cleaned an area rug as well. I thought the price was a good value and they came in under the other company for that work. They were able to get dirt and oil out of the carpet from two dogs as well.

We used their service and they did a good job. I thought the cost was very reasonable. They were very courteous and they do not mind that I have a dog at my home.

We used them twice and the first time it was reasonable and the technicians were fantastic. The second time I used them, I don't know if the technician was having a bad day and I though that price was a little high. On the phone, they're fantastic. Like I said the first time, the technicians were great, they did a good job getting the carpets cleaned. On the second time, it was a little bit late and I felt like he overcharged us for the amount of the carpeting we have. He said he measured it.

The total job took 4 hours, and this involved them moving pieces of furniture as required. My wife and I could not have been more pleased with the work they did,

They were here when they said they would be. The worker was very pleasant and nice. We had moved a lot of our furniture so we did a lot of his work for him. He didn’t charge any less because of that. I asked him what would happen if someone was incapable of doing that and he said they just kind of clean around the big pieces. The experience was satisfactory. I didn't really shop prices. I have used them in the past.

They did a great job. The tile looked amazing when they were done, it looked brand new! They did have to come out a second time because their machine broke, but they were very professional about it. I would use them again for work in the future.
