We had the house and driveway pressure washed. Workers were very good at their job and whenever I asked a question they were sure to respond and make adjustments as needed. Had house painted inside and out by certapro 4 years ago and everything also was amazing then too. Would recommend them highly!!!

Everything was fabulous. Dave was very responsive to every question and concern. Pete and his crew were professional and courteous, not to mention great painters. I love the way my project came out--better than I had hoped (and I had high expectations). I could have hired another company, but the customer service at Certa Pro blew me away and completely instilled confidence that I would get exactly what I wanted. The whole neighborhood is admiring a great job done! I just found out that they pressure wash roofs, and mine desperately needs that done. I will be calling them next week to schedule. I know I can count on you, Certa Pro of SW Florida.

This was a great experience. Brad and Jenny were so professional and communicative at every turn. Our HOA is a bit of a challenge to get approvals. But Certapro gave me a full package to give the HOA and it was approved right away. Rich did the painting, and was early to show each day and did a terrific job.

FIASCO!!!! Painted with out pressure washing, no primer, then pressure washed on top of paint, agreed to paint a second coat of paint because no primer. Spilled paint all over our brand new water line tile-never cleaned up. Assumed the paint on pavers at our entrance were paint chips (not cleaned up)no, spilled paint. First rain on our pool deck and courtyard floor-almost slipped, You guessed it-No "shark grip" added. Cedrick the owner said he would come back and repaint. How many "do overs" does Certa Pro SWFL want? Every issue we brought up to the owner he was dismissive. Finally, he admitted the "foreman" of our job was "out of his mind" because his Mother was dying in Columbia. Sorry for this chap, if you owned this company wouldn't you be checking on them daily? Have decided to ask for a refund of $2150.00 (portion we paid for floors). We have given this company FIVE chances. No WOW factor here.

They were punctual, pleasant, quick and did excellent work.

The team was sloppy, spilled paint on our pavers, around trees, and in the grass. Got paint all over our hose and nozzle (had to buy a new one) mostly sprayed the paint instead of rolling. Tried to leave when the work was not completed. Had to show the crew chief contract to get him to paint the gutters and down spouts as agreed. He argued with me. Did not use Luxon in first coat until I brought it to their attention. Left trash in yard. Found out the crew were not even employees of the company but subcontractors. Owner offered no solution to all of the issues. Do not hire this company. You will regret it!!!

Although they ran behind on getting here for scheduled time, they kept me up to date. Very easy to work with and very professional

I can’t say enough good things about CertaPro. The salesman, Brad, was straightforward, gave me good advice (“use flat paint on the walls; looks flawless,” he said, and he was right) and did everything he said he would. The painters, David and Patricia, did an excellent job. They went above and beyond. I’d hire them again in a minute.

It was a highly professional job starting with the initial visit from personable, well-spoken Dennis to the final walk-around at job completion. The contact was clean and fair with no hidden or fuzzy components. Magda, Byron, and crew did a beautiful job! This was a big job with lots of patching and caulking and lots of trim to paint. We had no needed touch-ups to point out at the final inspection because they had been so thorough and meticulous in their work. We wouldn't hesitate to hire CertaPro of Southwest Florida again.

Great. Sent 3 painters and job done within 4 hours

Dennis, the sales representative, came to the house to evaluate and price the job. He was courteous and helpful and even suggested paint colors for us to use. Within two days, he had an estimate which we thought was fair and a contract was signed. After confirming our paint colors, a start date was determined to begin within the week. The operation manager, Jose, arrived promptly at the appointed time of 8 am and reviewed the proposed job. The painting crew, headed by Byron and Magda, arrived shortly thereafter and began work immediately. The crew arrived promptly on all three days, working from 8 until 4 each day. The house was caulked, primed and the body of the house was painted the first day. Everything was left in a clean, neat order at the end of the day. The second day, edging was done and trim was started. Trim and edging were completed on the third day. At the end of the job we walked around the house with a check list to make sure all was satisfactory. Any missed spots were marked and gone over and everything was left in a neat and clean order. The house looks amazing! We've already had many compliments from neighbors and those passing by. These painters are the best!! I would use them again and recommend them to anyone wanting an exterior paint job. Note: They do power wash before the job, but our house had recently been power washed and did not need a second power wash. Also, we had some stucco repair which added to the final cost of the job.

Had CertaPro Painters on 3 occasions very recently. Great response to our needs and willing to cooperate with our requirements.The first two jobs were to paint 2 individual rooms each time. The second, paint our master suite which turned into a complete makeover with a paint brush, matched our new carpeting without a hitch in BR and the existing tile in MB. We decided to repaint and completely change the outside look of our home and our pool decking way ahead of our schedule due to the professional performance of this firm. Owner Jim Klepser and his onsite supervisor Vinnie were terrific.

They did a great job, but there was a problem. They had to come back. They were nice people.

Joe and Dennis did a great job by us. Very refreshing to get GREAT communication. You could tell these guys cared all the way. We're very happy with the results.

CertaPro Painters of Southwest Florida were great. They did a great job and were very professional and kept me in the loop, as far as what was happening and with the process. Their prices were fair and they made some suggestions as to some other things that I might want to consider having done. When I asked them to add on taking the wallpaper out of the bathroom, they were open for that. I had a good experience with them.

Overall, a great experience.

They did an amazing job. The painter wanted to make sure we were completely 100% satisfied before we paid him. They were highly professional.
