+ -1 moreService was OK, but the scheduling, was inconvenient. They were supposed to spray every three months. There was no contract; they sent a postcard with a date for each appointment and I had to call if I wanted to change it. The last couple of postcards shaved a couple of weeks off the schedule so it was more like every 2 1/2 months. When I called and said I it was supposed to be quarterly, the technician argued with me. First he said the schedule was in the computer, then he said if I had a problem before the next appointment they would charge me for the full initial service. He finally agreed to move the appointment, but I did not think I should have had to debate the point and decided to go elsewhere. The owner did leave a message a couple of days later, but I had already decided to go with a company that made it easier (annual contract, centralized scheduling, takes credit cards, uses e-mail).
