Description of Work: I've sent two emails and made three calls to try to get him to give me a price on the work, and have never had the courtesy of an answer to any of my attempts to talk to him. I'd really love to have him do the project, but it seems like he must not be interested.

+ -1 moreHe brought in a big machine to clean the hardwood floors in the house. They places that were too small for the machine to reach, he got down on his hands and knees and was scrubbing them. He was here for 5 hours, and was very thorough.

Brady Hardwood Floors offers the following services: -Hardwood and laminate floor installation. -Dustless hardwood floor sanding and refinishing with low VOC, water-based and zero VOC European hard wax oil finishes. -Wood floor deep cleaning. -Maintenance coat applications. -Subfloor leveling. -Moisture testing and prevention.
We cannot sand most existing prefinished engineered wood floors. They must have a minimum 3/16" solid wood veneer and be securely fastened in order to be sanded.
