Description of Work: My problem of needing to replace foam in cushions was not taken care of professionaly or promptly. Went to another fabric/upholster store and sales |person immediately walked over to us and recognized the problem with my cushion and gave me a quote right away. My friend that I was with was trying to find a fabric for valances and at Bargan Bargoon no one offered to assist her with her search. At other store, salesperson went out of her |way to make and find some great suggestions for fabric. 2nd store was user friendly and when I mentioned we had problem with Bargan Bargoon, they said |they had heard that complaint before.

Description of Work: Reupholstered cushions, had pillows made, ordered drapes and material. They were very friendly and helpful, helped save money by volunteering the fact that there was a coupon in the newspaper for an extra discount.
