I thought I could trust them. When they gave me prices I knew exactly what I was getting. Their prices were competitive. I don't think there is anything left to do, but if there was I would use them.

This guy is an absolute thief. I called for service to run a water line from under our sink to the refrigerator which was about 5 or 6 feet. They sent a worker who came in, had a look at it and said “This is going to take 1-2 hours. Call the office to schedule it with Cathy” and left. About 15 minutes later he knocked on the door and said he could do it now if we wanted. He came in and got started. About a half hour later a second guy came and joined him (not sure where he came from but this definitely wasn’t a two man job). My fiancé was busy on a business call when they finished and he just paid the amount on the invoice. When we looked at it later we were charged two hours for 2 guys – labor alone $325. One guy was there for about an hour and a half including coming in to look at it and disappearing for 15 minutes and the second guy was there less than an hour. On top of it, they left the cabinet they had to drill through with a sawdust mess and the water line laying across the bottom of the cabinet. I called to complain about that so they sent one guy back to finish properly. I also complained about the ridiculous labor cost and Cathy agreed and said she would speak with the owner. The second guy was absolutely not needed. After several follow up phone calls she said she did speak with the owner, Rob, and he didn’t feel any need to adjust our bill. We were completely ripped off. 40 years in business doesn’t equal honesty.

It was a pleasure to deal with this company. The office scheduled my job for about 3 days from my call. The plumber showed up on time and was very professional. We were lucky to have Doyle assigned to our job. He was pleasant, respectful, and knowledgeable. All work was done well and he cleaned up after his work. He had the parts on his truck. We scheduled a water heater replacement on his first visit. It was done on schedule. It was a beautiful job. Doyle took pride in his work.

Replairman arrived promptly, was very professional and clean. He had to remove things from below sink where previous disposal had leaked. He replaced the disposal and cleaned the cabinet and the floor. He also repaired faucets in bathroom. I was very satisfied with the result.

He is very good. He has done plumbing work for us for the last 20 years. Each of the bathroom remodels were $15,000. They raised some countertops for us and did an excellent job. We would highly recommend them. They are polite and thorough.

I called and arranged the appointment with Mark, who was very courteous and professional. He wanted to be sure that we were going to get exactly what we needed--nothing more, nothing less. A few days later Rob arrived on time at 8:30 a.m. to perform the work. He was a very pleasant and experienced plumber who completed the entire job within 90 minutes. No fuss, no mess. Rob patiently and knowledgeably answered my curious questions about water heaters. I always like to learn something from the experts whom I hire; and I did! I strongly recommend Bob Hill Plumbing. I had hired them a few years ago (before seeing them on Angie's List) for a dishwasher issue and had a very positive experience then as well. Great company!

Responded in two hours and was unable to confirm exact source of leak. Recommended a leak detection company, and stood by while I placed the call. Once he found they were able to come that day he scheduled a repair for first thing the following morning. The leak detection company was able to locate the exact source and opened the wall for the plumber to repair the leak. Bob Hill returned first thing the next morning and repaired the leak in about two hours.

Tom the plumber arrived on tim had the kit with him took about 35 min. But co. policy was first hour $125.00 Hence the $177.00 chg.

There was an odor from our garbage disposal. He said that the disposal looked nice. He said that he could give us a new disposal, but that he would prefer that we try something else first. He suggested that we grind up lemons and limes, so we did and the smell went away. He was very honest. That day, he also looked into our bathroom sink and undid the pipe letting it drain out, which was very helpful. He was the nicest plumber we’ve ever met! He even put booties on his feet to protect the floor. The price was very reasonable. We liked him. He was very nice and we were comfortable having him in our house. He did a wonderful job. We were very happy and we were very satisfied. He called when he was on his way. He was very professional. We will absolutely use them again.
