I had all kinds of issues with my photos on my Dell, and was trying to switch over to a Mac Air. Rene helped me sort out my Dell problems, and he took the time to show me how to use my Mac. He also made recommendations for hard drive back ups and which accessories are the best (he doesn't sell them, so there is no conflict of interest). I've used BluMoon before, and have always been very pleased with their service.
Description of Work: Repaired photo issues with Dell, helped me transfer to a Mac, gave me instruction in using my Mac. Also helped troubleshoot some iPhone troubles.
