BLU-AQUA POOL SERVICE

We live in a development of approx 40 homes and hired this firm. The workers would spend hardly any time on our pool. Run in and run out. The final day before they were fired we approached them about the 60 seconds that they spent on our pool. They used foul language to my spouse, called our pool crap, and told my wife to have another glass of wine. Very disappointing to say the least. Hire at your own risk!

I called Blu-Aqua late Friday. Ryan returned call and we discussed problem. I was told by another large chain company I would need to replace my timer. I was suspect and Ryan too after describing the problem to him. He came out first thing Monday and made some adjustments with the tubing into the timer that controls the switch. He did all this in probably 15 minutes. He is a very nice, honest fellow who I will call on again for any work I may need on the spa. I highly recommend him.

They came sporadically, never on the same day and sometimes skipped weeks. They put in extra amounts of chemicals well over and above what was needed. They did not clean or vacuum the pool. I will not use them again.

This is supposed to be a weekly service, and that is what I pay him for. Now I am finding the service very inconsistent. He did not come for over 10 days and I had to call him, now he has not come out for another 10 days and I am going to cancel his services.

I called Blue Aqua because my regular pool service was not showing up but still charging me. When my old pool service would show up they would just sign the card and leave. I had family coming down from New York and I really needed to have the pool cleaned because they were excited to use the pool since it was 30 degrees where they were at. I called my old pool company who never responded. So, I called Blue Aqua and Spoke with Jason. Jason was at my house in under 20 minutes. He cleaned my pool and showed me how the old company had been incorrectly using my valves on my pool pump which could have costed me a lot of money down the road. He made my water look crystal clear and the pool has never looked so good. They were also cheaper than many others. Jason does such a good job, my wife got here place of employment to start using them and they could not be happier. I highly recommend them.

We are only at this house for short periods of time. Every time we come, the pool is immaculate. Ryan was great to work with, very helpful and accommodating. And AJ does a great job and is friendly and polite. We are very happy with Ryan, AJ and BluAqua.

It went very well, it was at least excellent. I would use them again if I need a full pool heater repair.

What a wonderful company! My parents just bought a home in Naples, and I wanted to get them a house-warming gift. Neither of them ever had a pool before, so I decided on a year's worth of pool service. Blu-Aqua worked with me to schedule their initial visit when I was down there, and all went well. My Dad (80 years old) likes to fix things himself, so I wasn't sure he'd go for this, but he did, and he continues to tell me how great the pool looks. The company has been a pleasure to work with -- calls get returned, people show up as planned, and they're nice too! Before choosing them, I called three other companies. Blu-Acqua's prices were competitive, and they were - by far - the most responsive.

I've never owned a pool and was a bit apprehensive about it. The staff and management of Blu-Aqua have made it easy and enjoyable for me. They inspected my pool and helped me develop a plan for its upkeep. I now have them come weekly for a very reasonable cost, and I also had them replace my pool heater, which was broken when I moved in. The pool looks great and I'm very pleased with Blu-Aqua!

Very reliable, pool is in great shape, inexpensive.

It is woman owned which is important to me. They are on the ball. We just started using them. They are very responsive. I don't know if they are punctual because I am in Philadelphia.

Blu-Aqua does a great job! They are there every week and they are very thorough in their water testing and analysis. Although I had another pool service before them, my pool water was a mess! The chemicals in the water were so inbalanced, that it was causing fairly severe skin issues to our family members. They took the time to explain exactly what they found and how they were going to correct it. They thoroughly check all of the pool equipment to make sure it is in good working order, let us know if something is amiss, and work with us to solve any issues in the most cost effective manner. They are the best!

I called them, asked them about the heater I was considering, they told me it was an excellent choice, they ordered it from their supplier and delivered and installed it the next day. The whole transaction was simple, and perfect. I wish all service companies were as good.

Blu-Aqua has a team of people who perform excellent work. They take pride in what they do and the pool hasn't looked this good since it was new. Three of my neighbors switched to Blu-Aqua once they saw what they were doing for me. I highly recommend them!!!
