Bigley's Air Conditioning

Description of Work: He was extremely knowledgeable and he fixed the problem for less than the other companies I called were going to charge me for just a diagnosis. His response was immediate and I was very happy with quality of work and price.

Description of Work: Our air handler died, and we are new to Florida, so the heat and humidity seemed more oppressive than they do now that we have been here longer. We got a few really outlandish estimates to have the thing repaired or replaced. But, in desperation, got Bigley's on a word-of-mouth recommendation. Mr. Bigley turned out to be a man of honor, true to his word and even returned on a Sunday (surprise!) when his temporary fix that we had hoped would hold failed. When we ordered the new handler (after he had shown me what was wrong & the date of the existing machine, so I actually believed him), he credited what we had paid for the quick fix that didn't work (held for a few days). He even replaced the condensation drain line "hose" which had a forest of gunk-- it was less labor intensive to simply replace the whole line since it was about 40 feet long than it would have been to blast it out. He charged at his cost for the new conduit for the condensation. Our favorite cousin who has run businesses for decades said that Mr. Bigley is an upstanding guy, and we think our cousin is a very good judge of character.

Description of Work: Provide complete air conditioning/heating and venting for our new home construction.
