It didn’t go at all. Very unprofessional representation
Description of Work: I wanted to have my car windows tinted. They listed 2 locations. I called local number near my home in Collier Co. it was very convenient to my home. Arrived told they only do it in Ft Myers. Know one even mentioned this when I made appt. very disappointed as I had reserved morning for this purpose. I will find someone local

I left a voice message before company's closing hour on Thursday, March 9, 2017, and did not receive a return call by end of day on Friday, March 10. I stated in my message that I had found the company through Angie's List. I would not work with a company that has poor follow-up.
Description of Work: I needed a blind purchased and installed for a large window in Naples Park, FL house.

Hi [Member name], So sorry to hear that you did not receive a response from us. As I mentioned to you yesterday, we take customer service seriously. When I came in to the store this morning I spoke to my staff to see if they had received any messages from Thursday evening. They said there was a message from one of our vendors. We checked caller ID and that was the only message. We don't know what happened to your message. I can only apologize again. Comcast informed us that they were working on our lines that evening. Made an appointment for Monday. When I arrived, I was told to take the car around to the back of the bldg. at the only garage door. and when I got there John was waiting and opened the door. He pulled the car into the garage and told me I could wait in room at the front of the office. Nice area. After about an one hour and forty-five minutes, he ask me to come back and take a look and ask if I was satisfied. He worked up the bill as I was quoted, he explained about not putting the windows down for three days and use only a mild soap (a little Dawn) to wash the inside after about ten days. He said, "any problems come back and see me". I paid the bill and left. The tinting makes a world of different. Phil. W

It went great, the quality of the material and the quality of the construction, everything was perfect. It couldn't have been better, it was really excellent. They bend over backwards to make you happy. I felt the price was very fair because i had a lot done and i picked out expensive fabric.
