Good, Chris the tech checked our system and found mold. He cleaned the unit and installed a ultraviolet light to help prevent future mold. We also purchased a maintenance agreement. Happy with his work, very professional.

An appointment was set up at my convenience, and the technician called to let me know when he was 20 minutes away, on time. He took a thorough look at my problems, and we discussed what needed to be done. He offered me several different models of faucets and disposal units, with the prices of each, which included installation. He had the wanted units on his truck, so there was no wasted time. After the installation was done, he made sure the work area was neat and clean. He also checked around the house to see if there were any other problems that might be needed to be fixed. He was most polite and pleasant throughout the time he was here.

As far as I am concerned the work done was of the highest quality and as I stated above I would recommend them to all my friends!

All 3 jobs were completed with no problems. After the first job, I requested Paul for the other two also. He's personable and professional. Always arrived on time and charged a fair price.

I have been using them for probably 8 years. They are expensive but they do good work. They show up when they are supposed to. The workers are always great. Best Home Services hires the most personable people. The area was very clean. There were 2 guys.

I really liked having a picture of the repair person before they arrived. Paul came and assessed the work and then gave me 3 options of repair. I chose to replace both toilets completely and both supply valves. Paul returned the following day and was very professional in his explanations and work done. There was no trash and not even a drop of water anywhere when he left. I really appreciated Paul"s approach and ability to communicate/answer my questions without talking down to me (female). I inquired about the need to replace the water heater at some point. He discussed the current condition and options for replacement. I will definitely call Best when replacement is needed. I would welcome Paul into my home to repair anything, anytime. A true professional gentleman.

Better than I expected. The electrician showed me all the options which were better than I thought were available. He installed the device right on the panel and afterward, inspected all the wiring. Promptly emailed a receipt and the lifetime warranty. Very friendly, courteous. Cleaned up thoroughly after he finished.

The service was excellent. They were finished in one day. Cleaned up the home/garage and left no trace they had ever been there. They had me see the progress along the way and pointed out major milestones in the repair/replacement process.

I have been using them for years. They have always been good. It was humid and in the 90's, so I needed the air conditioner. They are really good people. They are on time, professional and reasonable. They cleaned up like you didn't even know they were here.

They do a fine job in plumbing and electric. I have used them for both in the past. I would tell people to be confident with their plumbing and electrical services.

They were timely, the two gentlemen were both polite and professional, and the workmanship was fine. Maybe the price was not the lowest, but I didn't have time to do a lot of comparison shopping. I'm certainly satisfied with their work.

They did an awesome job! It was a big job, and it was more expensive job, but they were great. They called and communicated very well with me, even emailing me pictures of the people that would be coming! I was not able to be there, but they made me feel very comfortable. They followed through with everything they said they would do and did a great job. I would recommend them to anybody.

They were okay, their price was kind of high. The guy knew what he was doing. They did some plumbing. I probably would not use them again, because I thought their price were too high. He knew what he was doing, he completed his work very good.

They didn't do well. They did a regular service call because I had a maintenance contract with them. While they were there they told me I needed another part that I didn't necessarily think I needed and then they overcharged me for it. So I called them and complained to the manager and they reduced the price of the part. The original charge that I had was $270 and they reduced it to $140. I'm not going back to them again because I don't want to have to fight every time for the right price. The quality was okay. I'm taking it at faith that the part really did need to be replaced, but there was no malfunction with the equipment. It was one of those things where they say this little part is at the end of its useful life. Well how as a consumer are you going to know whether that's right or wrong. So I had them go ahead and do it in good faith. The charge that they gave me was like if I had called up and they made a special trip out, but they were already there doing their preventive maintenance. You're supposed to get a discount when you sign up for these agreements. You're supposed to get a 20% discount on parts to start with. I have to say the guy made good on it. I think he ended up charging me the right price, if the part was really no good.
