The tech, Ryan C. called to tell us his anticipated ETA. He spent two hours going over the entire system and performed work that my previous contractor never performed in the four years I used their services. Ryan was very thorough and professional. I will use Home Best Services moving forward and will request Ryan as my technician.

They’ve been with me for 5 or 6 years. I’ve used them a lot. I’ve used them throughout the year for electrical and A/C work. They were just out here today. On price, they’re usually a lot higher, but you get the payout. You get a trade out. They’re always responsive to whatever it is you need. They do a top-notch job, use great parts. Their expertise is top-notch as well.

This was the worst experience I've ever had from an AC/HVAC repair service company......BAR NONE!!!!! The service rep who came to my home was horrible; and I was treated like someone who didn't know anything about HVAC repair; boy was he wrong because I've received service from other companies, I've had my HVAC replaced in my other home; and lastly I've researched all the HVAC repair forums for fixes and parts pricing.......so I am well educated. I was told the guy that was coming to my home was a senior HVAC rep; so I thought I was going to get great service.... but this was not the case. It seems like all he wanted to do was to sell me unneeded parts and service and then extremely overcharge for service. He didn’t explain to me what the issues were and he really didn't diagnose to problems. Now since my home has two HVAC units, I knew repair would be higher, but all this guy did was tell me that my units are old, need to be replaced and THEN…..he pulled out the most expensive, over-the-top repair sheet/offer I've ever seen. This repair sheet/offer was so outrageous I immediately knew that something was extremely wrong here. So he pretty much gave me three options. Option A: Pay $5000 to stick some UV bulbs and unneeded repair parts in both units and NOTHING major would be replaced like a compressor or coils. Option B: Pay almost $1900 to put unneeded repair parts in both units to get the units running; and my last option were to replace both units with three price ranges from $8800 to $15000.............I WAS SO SHOCKED at this guy's prices that I was in disbelief. I told him that I would have to think about it (just to be polite) and that's when it got worse because he became very very very pushy and saying stuff to me like "Oh what are you going to do? Your family has no AC" and he kept on and on and on about pressuring me into picking one of these ridiculous expensive options. Then the topper of it all and is when he finally seen that I wasn't falling for his sales pitch. He started slashing the prices on this offer sheet.....So he then said to me "So what were you willing to pay today?”…… and then when I told him that wasn't going to pay no more than $600......he then slashed Option B from $1900 to $500 for the repair and that excluded the unneeded repair parts!!!!! WHOA......that's a fractions of the original repair part offer???? Then when I asked him about the pricing of replacing both of my AC units, he further slashed that price by $1000 and he said if I didn't jump on this today and he had to come back, he then said I'd have to pay the original $11000 offer.....***???? You know, this whole experience with this clown is exactly what offends people and makes them call service repair people crooks. He obviously and clearly was trying to take advantage of me because I had no AC for five days starting on memorial day weekend.......he thought I wasn't well educated and he thought because me and my family were hot and sticky in our home that he would win.............well he was wrong. I could see he was clearly upset after leaving my home because I didn't pay for any repair service or new HVAC systems from him;. All I did was pay the initial service and diagnostic charge (hardly none) and sent him on his way. That same day I called a smaller HVAC repair company (that my realtor advised) and they came out that evening and told me that I didn’t need any of all that extra stuff (like I suspected) and then he repaired both of my systems for over $150 less ........and that wasn’t even a fraction of what best homes services was quoting me.....and the repairs was what I thought it would be and that was less than $500 and the only reason it was that high was because I had two older units that needed repair. So........to make this long story short, to Best Home Services = you immediately lost a customer for Life and I will always recommend everyone I talk to…………….....TO STAY AWAY FROM BEST HOME SERVICES!!!!

Brad M. came the same day we called and was very friendly. He was very courteous and respectful of our home. He explained to me what was going on with our AC and proceeded to refill our refrigerant and gave me suggestions on what should be done in the future. Would definitely use again.

Excellent, Ryan located the leak, fix it by welding, evacuated the system and recharge it. The system was back at work in an about 2 hours.

Great! Technician, Steve Rosario is a real professional: courteous, prompt and capable and knows electrical matters. Very polite to me and my dog!

Didn't work, wrong diagnosis .I called manager, I was told to refund me, but never receive money

They have all kinds of people. I use them for both my plumbing and my electrical. I thought it was a light bulb so I tried changing that and it just kept on frying the bulb. So I had them come out and actually the whole inside, it was a 3-bulb light with the ceiling fan, and 2 of them were gone. They were just shot. So I tried to decide what I wanted to do. And I decided I did not want a ceiling fan in there because it's over the small table in there. I didn't want it because if you put on the ceiling fan a couple of times it blew you away. If you had any paper or anything like that on the table it was gone. So I said I don't want to do that so I bought a light. It was just a drop light. The first time he came out it was on a Friday and I said that I would get the light because I didn't want him to go out and get it or anything like that. I said I'll go out and get a light. He came back on Monday; right when he said he would be here, so the punctuality was great. When he was done, I have a high ceiling in the kitchen, it's like 12 feet high or something like that, and I have some cam lights up in the ceiling. One of them had burned out and obviously there's no way I could reach it. I'm under 5-feet tall so I said could you do this for me, I have the light bulbs. He said sure so he went up and changed that light bulb for me so I was very pleased. I was also having a problem with the smoke detector in the living room. And of course that's up in the ceiling, which is probably more like 15-feet high. It just was beeping. Not all the time or anything like that but maybe once or twice a day. I knew the battery was going because otherwise it wouldn't be making any noise at all. He went up there. That one was put in when the house was built, so that's like 16 years old. He said you shouldn't have any smoke detectors for over 10 years. So he said you should really replace it. He carries around smoke detectors and so he replaced it. He did like 3 jobs for me. I've had all these problems. My husband passed away in February and so all this stuff has just been happening to me starting in March. I'm like this is no fair okay I do not need any of this stuff to go wrong. But, it has been. So, it is what it is. On price I have nothing to check it against. I only get good people to come out here. He came out on one day and then had to come back another time to put in the light that I went out and bought. I didn't have the light at home. I went out and bought a light over the weekend. So he came out and that's when he did all this other work. So he probably was here totally for about 3 hours. Only one person came out to do the work. He left the area clean when he left.

Excellent. Zack's professionalism and expertise, knowledge of the equipment along with customer skills, are stellar. We were happy to renew another 18 month service maintenance contract. Without doubt, Zack is an outstanding representative. Kudos also to Bryce, Office Manager at Best. His customer relation skills are beyond approach and exemplifies the best customer relations at this company. Zack and Bryce, truly outstanding.

It didn't. We were rescheduled for the second week in a row, both times after having the appointment confirmed the day prior. Last week, apparently it was because the owners pulled the employees to participate in a political rally. Today, it was apparently due to over-booking.

Great! Jay was very professional. He called before the appointment to ask if he could come earlier. When he arrived he introduced himself and got to work. I ended up buying a new disposal and he noticed there were several water lines that were all screwed up. Rather than leave it, he fixed all of it. I would definitely refer my friends to Best.

Very happy with the end result. I was very impressed with the promptness of service. I called the company around noon and by 4pm I had the serviceman (Tony) at my door.

The service was very personable and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to resolve the difficulty. I highly recommend this company and consider them a joy to call for service. I intend on calling them for many other projects I have going on for the next two years and recommending the company to anyone.

Went very well , Billy mentioned the faucet was old cracked and had I thought of a new one to match the new appliances . He had one is the van and we now have a beautiful new tap ! he waived the service call , we joined the family and I am very delighted.

Mike (lead technician) called about 30 minutes in advance of arrival. They arrived at the house within the range of time originally scheduled. Mike and Ken initially inspected both AC units. Using a printout (later provided to me), Mike took time to explain the options to optimize the performance of the units through repairs, additions, and maintenance plan. Another option was to replace the units with new ones. Both technicians performed recommended repairs including replacing capacitors and cleaning blower assemblies located in the attic. Mike and Ken were very professional and knowledgeable. After completing their job, they cleaned after themselves. Mike offered to share photos he took of the repairs, which later were forwarded to me by Best Home Services HQTRS in Naples, FL

The Best Technicians were prompt in answering our request for an evaluation. Their evaluation was thorough, and they gave us several options from which to choose our course of action. Every aspect was explained clearly. The technician who arrived two days later was friendly, informative, and professional. He was extremely diligent in the installation of the items we purchased. He was well organized and cleaned up everything before he left. We are very pleased with the services of Best.
