I was required to give my credit card to have someone come out and give me an estimate. I was also told that the work could be performed at the time of the visit. Their technician called me at the end of the 4 hour window of the appointment and asked if he could show up. I said , "Of course." He came and gave me a ridiculously high price and told me that he probably would be able to start the next day. As it ends up, I hired another company who charged me about $2400 less than what this company gave me a written estimate for. Also, this company charged me $119 just for the guy to come out and give me a ridiculously high quote.

They are excellent on everything that they do.

Post Hurricane Irma & now 9 days without power, my lift system was unable to pump sewage from tank into drain field. Tech who came out gave me 3 options. One was to come back with generator and connect to lift pump. The other 2 would do me no good at that time. He also said I needed to replace my toilets with up-graded types. My gut feeling was to do no business with this company. Later that day I found another plumber who arrived with generator and solved problem for almost half of the price Best quoted me. Also did not try to sell me on any additional services.

To be honest with you I don't have a lot of experience with the competition. I haven't had to have anything done since we've lived here so I don't have anything to compare the pricing to. I think I would use them again.

They did an installation. They could make improvements on the price.

They're very good. Their quality is very good. The workers are very nice, very professional. They are reliable, reasonable, and professional.

In our contract they promised free parts and labor. Wrong. They have hidden fees, using a name like warranty processing fees. What is this. They give good prices to knew customers but look out once they got you. Paid $99 for free labor and parts. They said I had to pay for shipment of the part and truck service. When you buy a new car and take it back for warranty it cost you nothing. Not at Best. So buyer beware.

I used them for several services for both plumbing, electrical and air conditioning over the years. They are an excellent company.

I was very pleased with the Fast Efficient and Honest service provide by the technician Juan M. This is the second time I have used Best in about two weeks. The first time was for an electrical problem that I had. I would highly, highly recommend Best Home Service.

Brian R. the tech found the short quickly and the problem was solved. Brain R. was very professional and knowledgeable. He made what could have been a very expensive repair by a less knowledgeable tech a very simple fix. I could have not asked for a better tech. If I need service again I will definitely ask for Brian R.

Great!!! Robert was excellent. Although we had to wait for a part he was able to get the unit up and running so we had cool air for the weekend.

Terrible; no experienced electrician on site; crew of 3 unsupervised with less than 1 year experience; wired entire circuit incorrectly; cut into new ceiling drywall to locate mistake; I had to have the wiring and ceiling patches fixed by others. They even forgot to wire in the doorbell and never came back to fix it. Written contract price was $5,000; I received a bill for over $15,000! They recently flooded a friend's condo because of a botched plumbing job. STAY AWAY!!

James K came out and added a sub-panel and a whole house surge protector, ran approximately 75 feet of wire to where I wanted the new outlet to be. He then buried the cable and the conduit and cleaned up after himself. James is a conscientious and hard working electrician. He was very respectful and courteous of my time. I fully intend to request his services for some other electrical items that I have planned within the next year or so.

The Carrier unit that we got was like $13000; that's just an air conditioner. Installation was good except for a couple of issues. The installers weren't gonna do some stuff that they were supposed to do, like changing filters, that sort of thing. Their manager agreed that they should have done that. It took a day to install the new system, and two people came to complete the work. For cleanliness of the area, it was fine; they did a good job on that.
