I highly recommend them. The salesman was very courteous and very professional. The workers cleaned up after themselves. They were respectful, courteous and professional. They are very good.

They were fantastic and never heard of them, just saw them in the paper. everything is perfect. The count approved everything they did. They went under the house and enlarged the air duct for a larger capacity. They left the area clean and wore slippers on the shoes when they came in the house. They work with you on payments. There were 2 installers do the work. Very pleasant office staff.

It was excellent. They could have done a little better. You convert with them with the cost. The workers were professional.

They came up of all of the stuff that's wrong with it. It's kind of a bait and switch. They wanted the parts and labors. I called another guy up and he looked at it. He said it's an old air conditioner but it's working fine. They wanted to replace a bunch of parts that weren't bad.

The service thee was some confusion but basically I was suppose to have someone suppose show up between four pm and eight pm and night before last and I had dinner plans I cancelled and everything and the guy never came. I called them and they said well he's running late and I said okay when you get back to me and just let me know where I stand and no body called me back so I called them nine thirty at night and they said oh we're really sorry we'll get somebody out there tomorrow first thing so he did it today so but you don't appreciate changing your plans to accommodate someone and they don't show up, well a different guy showed up today wasn't the same one. The guy that came today fixed what was wrong and they decline charging me because of the mess up night before last which I thought was very kind of them, nice makes some amends.

The price was terrible. They were two days late for the schedule.

I’m having a bit of issues with them and I will not use them again. They kept calling me and saying they will be an hour late. The time before that there was something broken on the air conditioning and they said $500 to repair it. They I said I'll go through my hhomewarranty company then the guy comes back and says $100 fo fix it. They were trying to rip me off.

They were prompt, efficient, and reasonable, They did really well.

They did a very nice job. The price was good. It took a couple of hours to do the work. The worker was really nice. He was a well spoken young man, well dressed with booties.

It was fine just scheduled it they came out and they did the suppressor work and then they left a quote for whole coverage type thing for the suppressor's for the air conditioner all through the whole place which was seven thousand dollars bid.

Their work was fine. We had no issues with that. We had to coordinate with the tenant as far as scheduling the work. They were there within the week; but hey did a poor job of cleaning; they didn't camera the whole line. It ended up clogging up again.

They just wanted way too much money for it, so I decided not to use them. They were on time and very courteous. It was over $300 for installing a plug. Which is ridiculous, in my opinion. We used them all the time, we are very happy with their work, but they are extremely expensive. We have dropped them as our service provider for electric and plumbing, because they?re just too expensive. They do good work, always on time and they?re very courteous, but they?re just, I mean real expensive. I would use them again if I had to.

They're very good. They're very professional, and the work was well done. It took them about 2 hours to service the water heater. They cleaned up very well.

The scheduling was okay, I had somebody come out and do the estimate first and they actually got somebody here the next day, and I think there were like 2 or 3 workers it took a good part of the day to do it, but they put a whole new air conditioning unit and everything in. So they were very professional, they cleaned up after themselves very well, they were very courteous and they were nice bunch of gentlemen. But it did cost a lot of money you know, a little bit more than i really wanted to spend, I could have probably got an air conditioning unit a lot less money.

They were knowledgeable and experienced and I will use them again.

They came out, they were great. They knew exactly what they were going to do, I've used them in the past too for the same thing.

Whatever the price was, it wasn’t pretty. They came right away. I think there was just one worker, one or two. I like them.

The last time on the maintenance contract, John Howe, the tech that came out was specifically asked to perform certain maintenance tasks that he did not do. Instead he gave estimates of up to $4,000 of what he thought should be done (including adding larger duct work). We have lived in this house for 16 years and have not had any trouble with the A/C distribution. Our bills in the summer (when we are not here) are minimal which includes the refrigerator. They are looking for the high dollar work and not the routine maintenance work.

Work completed but Best added a home inspection service for $199.00 that rep said was part of service and have been unable to get reimbursed. Overall a very costly repair resulting in an insurance inspection need.
