BAY ELECTRIC OF COLLIER COUNTY INC

This is the worst service of any contractor I have ever used in Naples. They told me they would be out to my home on Friday (before a 3 day weekend) and never showed up or called me to say they were not coming. Then I called on the following Tuesday and was told they would be out to my home between 11am and Noon. Once again, they never showed up nor did they ever call. I called again on Wednesday late afternoon when no one showed up all day and spoke to the owner Randy. In all my life I have never spoken to a more arrogant and obnoxious person than Randy. He was angry with me because I was kept calling trying to figure out when they would do the job as they had promised. He then told me he had called me on Tuesday which was a lie because I never received a message. He then very nastily told me he had sent back all of the parts that he had ordered for the job (probably another lie), and that he was cancelling his commitment to do the work as promised. This to a customer that was referred to him by a friend. I told him I had done nothing but try and figure out when the job was getting done and he agreed, yet he just grew angrier and nastier until I finally hung up. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, ARROGANT, ABUSIVE AND TO BE HONEST RANDY ONLY GIVES A **** ABOUT RANDY, NOT HIS CLIENTS...AWFUL, AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!
