+ -1 moreThey have been very good. I continue to use them. We need to have steady pest coverage. They are excellent. They know who the customer is. They treat them well. The people they send out are very courteous. Some of the work is done exterior and some interior.

Description of Work: Received one year treatment warranty on pest control for inside and outside of home. Have been using this company since 2004. The company automatically comes out periodically and does the outside and lanai area of my home. If I need any other service because I saw a bug in the house, then the OWNER of the company comes out the same day and sprays my home- not just a service guy. This company has its act together. Everyone is very nice and the service is personalized. Who knew exterminating could be personalized? But the owner is very friendly, courteous, and responds directly to your phone calls. I feel like I am in the 1950's again!!

+ -1 moreWe were having a problem with palm rats in the attic. Bill was recommended to us by the president of our homeowners association. He did a very through job getting rid of the rats and sealing the attic from further intrusion. His fee for the attic rat problem was $500. It was a big job and we thought the fee was fair. Since that time, we have hired B & T for our regular pest control service. He does the inside once a year and the outside every three months, unless we have a problem between treatments. Then he comes at no charge. The charge is $300 for the year. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
Description of Work: Mr. Sillery has performed the following services: Got rid of palm rats in the attic and made sure that our attic openings were sealed. (We had other people work on this job before B&T, and they were not successful.) At that time, we replaced our regular yearly service company with B&T. We pay a yearly fee of $300, but he will come if we have any problems between his regular visits. He is very conscious of the toxic nature of most pesticides and tries to be judicious in his use of them He is an extremely pleasant and knowlegeable person. Very reliable and does most of his work personally. The other companies we had used had a different person showing up almost every time.
