 + -1 moreAC broke on a Thursday evening. We called them Thursday evening around 6 pm and left a non urgent message. It is December after all. No response to that message. Oh well. We called again the next morning at 9 am. They were here at 1 pm. Diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the unit that day (Friday). They were here at 9am on Monday and did a great job. Price wise. Per my limited research on Amazon the condenser and AC with shipping cost should be around $3000 (extremely rough estimate). Refrigerant is expensive and the entire system needed charging of course. It took four hours to install so I consider the labor cost to be very fair and reasonable. They were very very professional. They are now my official AC guys.

 + -1 moreEverything went really well. They were very professional, they did a good job. They were in and out. He had a small crew and he did a registration for me so I could get a rebate. The pricing was much better than I got from anyone else.
Description of Work: I used Artic Air in the early part of December. They put in a new air conditioning system.
