+ 0 moreI like Steve, the owner. He’s personable and very dependable and follows through in a very businesslike manner to make sure everything is done. He even came back and helped fix some things that wasn’t even his responsibility.
Description of Work: We have used ARCS Construction, LLC. They remodeled both bathrooms, laundry, master bedroom, closet, and flooring.

Description of Work: They came promptly and determined the job was too small to be cost effective through them. They recommended a smaller company who came out and worked with me. The referred contractor was an excellent professional fit for my smaller remodel job.

+ -1 moreSteve Peel and his employees were terrific., and real professionals. Workers arrived on time, and stayed late, if necessary. Our calls were returned promptly, and if it was after hours, we received email. The project was on schedule, with no unexpected costs. We are very happy with the results of our hiring ARCS Construction.
Description of Work: ARCS Construction worked with us to design and build an attached, screened lanai, and swimming pool. At the same time, we replaced our roof with a beautiful metal one, painted the house and installed roll-down hurricane shutters around the new patio room. The ceiling in our "outdoor room" was finished in tongue-in-groove cypress and a Bahama style fan. The flooring is travertine, which we carried outside, to surround the pool. Everything is beautiful. ARCS Construction arranged and over-saw each aspect of our remodel.
