+ -1 moreService person very knowledgeable about product (GE). Able to diagnose it promptly and ordered the part. He was able to focus on a swtich rather than a board, saving me money. He was helpful regarding info on the refrigerators operation so that we would avoid future problems. Prompt and courteous. I am writing this review because I was impressed by his professionalism

+ -1 moreI clearly identified the problem with our stove and requested an estimate. He wasn't timely in response to my questions, determining the cause of the problem or in proving an estimate for his services. This became further emotionally stressful because at the end of the day he only fixed three of the burners. He was unprofessional and not very knowledgeable on repairing the problem. He didn't offer a discount and it took ten to eleven days before he fixed the stove. In the end, I would recommend hiring factory trained contractors and ordering factory parts.
Description of Work: He repaired our kitchen stove that four non-operational burners.
