Anytown Tree Service

Just awful Company Communication....you won't find another company on the market that is as improperly organized/understand proper customer service. We asked for tree service in July (to prepare for Hurricane Season) when it was estimated and yet the service showed up at 7AM today. fyi..We have some trees that should be done in mid July, not in May. There was absolutely no Communication from the office. Estimator calls back late this morning after the work is done & says in a pass the buck way: "I don't write dates when I do the estimate and regardless our company is too busy to make phone calls before we show up....we're just going to show up when WE need to".

The estimator, Tim, showed up on time and gave a very reasonable estimate. We had 3 estimates from other tree services and one of those was well over twice the Anytown estimate. The office informed me that their service would be delayed because they were playing catch-up with the weather. They called 48 hours before their appointment and arrived right on time. The men got to work immediately and knocked out the job in 3 1/2 hours. I expected the job to take all day because the tree was 50-60 feet tall on a busy street. These guys are the hardest working crew I have ever seen. Their clean-up was impeccable and they were careful as possible to minimize any damage to existing plantings or structures.

Crew in and out quickly, carefully taking down the tree and coeaning everything up afterwards. Came back a few days later to grind the stump.

The gentleman showed up for the quote and provided a written copy at the same time. He was prompt, professional and courteous. I had request specific date for the job to be done, and they were able to accommodate the request. The workers showed up on time and finished early in the afternoon. They did an excellent job. They were also prompt, professional and courteous. I would use Any Town Tree Service again, and would highly recommend them.

Bad, would never recommend.

This is a very professional outfit. They came on time, with a larger crew, and got most of the work done in one day. All they had left for the second day was to finish the stump grinding.

They are very good and I have had them here several times. They are very professional and are a nice bunch of guys. They come in and do the job and are neat. I just like them; if I have any trees to be cut down or stuff to be moved around I call them. They do a good job and I can depend on them so it is worth it. The last time they were here it cost about $975.

Anytown was great!! They go above and beyond!! My insurance company was going to cancel if the trees weren't removed. I explained this to them and they scheduled me right away! On a Saturday! Furthermore, I had some yard wast (tree branche, palm frawns, etc.) in my back yard, that I was waiting to borrow a trailer to remove. Anytown not only cleaned up after themselves, but also cleaned my mess up. In Boy Scouts I was taught to leave a place cleaner than you found it, and that's exactly what they did!! I will definitely give them a call next time I need a tree service.

We called for an estimate and Nelson came out the same day. He gave us the quote and cut and removed the trees the next day. The stump came out a few days later. He was neat and efficient. Everything was clean each time they left. Last summer, we had Anytown tree remove a 30 foot mango tree. They were so great that we had them come again to do this work. I didn't write a review then, but I wanted to do so now, because they do fabulous work at a REASONABLE price.

Very Excellent, exceeding expectations! They were trimming neighbor's trees and were asked if they would quote our work;. They did so and started within an hour. The quality of work was so carefully, efficiently professionally completed the scope of work was increased. All was completed to our satisfaction.

Great, Very Great. His pricing was very accurate, there tree count matched our tree count, NO OVERCHAARGING like other companies.

The crew of 3 showed up at the agreed time and got to work right away. They trimmed all the palms with minimal damage to surrounding plantings, ground and hauled away all the fronds, then blew off all the sawdust from driveway and walkways. I had a request for the crew to perform additional work while they were at our house. The crew foreman was knowledgeable and came to a decision with me on price. All the work was completed in the same afternoon. I had gotten other quotes before calling Anytown and the prices were nearly double! We will use them again.

The crew of Anytown Tree Service did everything they said they were going to do and the place looked good afterwards. They were polite. They piled up all the leaves and cut trees, ground that out for me so that saved me extra time.

Anytown Tree Service contacted me the day I called to make an appointment for an estimate. The following day I received the best estimate from several services and decided to have Anytown do the work. There were two large trees requiring extensive trimming as well as minor work to be done on a third tree. The crew arrived promptly as scheduled, the cost was exactly as estimated, and they even did extra trimming on a fourth tree at no additional cost. The crew was professional in all regards and they carefully cleaned up after the work was finished. I would highly recommend this service.

The experience could not have been better. From estimate to completion was within days. They did more than we discussed and did not ask for any additional fee. They did the complete job! The yard looks great and this is the only company we will use for any tree service going forward.

I think they are very good. I would say that they are very reasonable. Their pricing is determined by the type of tree or it's location. Overall, I think they are very professional and good, I would recommend them to others.

They do quality work at reasonable prices, just the way they are advertised. They clean up beautifully. I would continue to use them in the future if I needed to.
