Zach did a great job for us, converting an old built in entertainment space into a pantry for the kitchen. Drywall work is flawless and the pantry looks like it was built when the house was build, everything looks like it belongs. He converted an toilet area in the bathroom into a true water closet - matching the glass block in shower area to make it look like original construction. Put in door for an office area that had a large opening to give privacy. He prepared and painted all walls and ceilings inside along with sealing the front exterior stucco and painting. As in all jobs, little things came up from time to time, Zach would just make the corrections without a any hassle over pricing. He honored his quote although some things probably cost him a little more. He has a lot of great ideas and is a true craftsman that has pride in his workmanship. 3rd generation carpenter. We have a few small projects that we will work with Zach on in the future, once we are moved in. 4/29 - weeks later, I have been unable to reach Zach, has not returned calls and there is only one small problem with a sticking door however, very disappointing that he has gone to radio silence on following up with me. After downgrading his review because of his communication habits, I know that I will not use him again. While you have his attention, he is really good, once you loose it, he is like all the others.

Everything went very well. The job was accomplished over Friday and Saturday. Zach covered everything with plastic wrap so there was no chance of spatter on our furniture. This is the 2nd time we have used him and we will gladly use his services again.

Zach came and did an estimate for the work we wanted to accomplish. We set a date one month out and he kept us updated via email. He even offered to pick up our door and other supplies. He showed up promptly both days and was extremely professional. He was very meticulous and even amended our invoice when the work we contracted for was not as extensive as we expected. He agreed to do extra work when he completed our original job that we were also very satisfied with. We highly recommend him and plan to use him again for all of our home improvements. He did an excellent job and even gave a 10% credit for finding him on Angie's List.

Zach always returned my calls. He showed up for the estimate early and was relaxed and had a lot of good ideas on how to accomplish what I needed done. I have only used him for a portion of what he quoted me, he itemized it all. I am trying to close on this home and need some things done to pass inspection. I found him on Angie's List and I liked him, but he did not send me a quote. He would not respond to my inquiries after he was here and would never quote the work. He promptly came out to review my project and I showed him several different things I wanted done. He seemed quite knowledgeable and was very pleasant. Zack was clean cut and very professional; he really knew what he was doing and I was very impressed with him; but I was disappointed that I did not hear from him again.

Zach came in the afternoon to review scope of problem with loose deck rails. Immediately came up with both a plan and a price. Since it is a rental property, I needed this done quickly. He did it the next day. Great work and stuck to his original quote. He was professional and I had a sense of trust when speaking with him.

Zach came out to repair some wood trim that had pulled away from the second story roof line of my 1940's home. I feared rotted trusses as the reason for the nails pulling out. Zach answered the phone immediately when I called, set an appointment and arrived on time and worked quickly. He didn't take advantage of my fears about the rotted wood and let me know that the trim just needed to be screwed in. He also brought to my attention some more of the problems left over from when Quality Renovations remodeled the home last year. We made arrangements for him to come fix those and he again arrived on time on the right date. Not only did he fix those problems, but since he had a little extra time in the hour (pay by hour), he touched up some of the white trim around my doors. He cleaned up after himself and you would never have known he was there except for the better condition of the house.

Zachary Batcher is a wonderful handyman ! We just arrived in Ft Walton Beach and needed some help with home repairs. I found Zach on Angie's List and am so happy that I did. Zach did three different jobs for us. Tile work in our living room and hall, ceiling repair in the living room and installing three doors and a window. All the work was done in a timely manner and done professionally. We really are enjoying our new tile floor! I can not say enough about Zach. He is a hard worker and very reasonable with his cost for his work. We plan on using Zach a lot more. I am just afraid that I should of kept him a "secret". He is wonderful and truly you can not go wrong if you need a hard working handyman. Just don't work him too hard.....we still need him!

I contacted Zach to give me an estimate for exterior painting, replacing a light fixture, rehanging a ceiling fan, replacing rotted wood and installing a storm door. He came out within a few days and as we were walking around the exterior, he pointed out things that I might need to have someone look at. He did not push me to use him for those repairs. He basically did an exterior inspection. He pointed out a few loose bricks over the windows and another area of wood rot I had not noticed. I asked him to give me a bid on all the repairs. I received an estimate by email a few days later and asked him to do the work. We could not start the work right away because of Hurricane Isaac so it was about 3 weeks later he was able to start work. I bought the paint (since I was using the same color and I had the paint color numbers), light fixture and few odds and ends. Zach met me at Lowes to advise me on the larger items and he delivered them to my house. He included the wood, caulk and other materials in his bid and he provided those things. He arrived around 7:30 each morning and worked without stopping all day. He started out by pressure washing the house to prepare the areas for painting. He didn't take any short cuts on the prep so I'm confident the painting was done properly. It took about 6 days to get everything done. The only word I have for his work is "Perfection." He is a perfectionist. The caulking around the woodwork and bricks is smooth and blends. He did smooth even coats of paint and I don't see any drips on the concrete under the front porch or around the doors. He even repainted my mailbox and post while he was painting the house. He went above the job scope when he was really finished with the job. On the last day it was raining and he went into my attic to make sure there was no water coming in around one corner of the house since you could only determine that when it was actually raining. He just wanted to be sure there were no holes that would let water in. He was thinking beyond the specific things I was asking. I am picky about how things look and Zach's work exceeded my expectations. I will be calling him again when I start working on the interior of my house. I highly recommend him.

We called Zach,he came out to find out what work we needed to have done. He said he would give us a wrtitten estimate via email by week's end (This was on a Tuesday). When we did not hear from him, we tried calling him, leaving messages on his recorder. He never called back.

I would give them a Double-A! They were just excellent! They worked hard and didn't sit around and chat with each other, and the finished job looks great!

Awesome! Zach got the doors done SO much faster than expected! I expected a full 2 days of work, but he finished it by noon on the second day! He is a hard-working professional that understands the value of time and money. I have already received a quote for two more jobs that I need done!!

Started on time. Took three days to complete.Had one helper.

I left my phone number on his answering system for him to call me about a fencing job. Zach returned my call the next day and agreeded to come to my house for an estimate. He arrive on time and got the necessary information. While I said that I was not in a rush, after a week I called him back and did not receive a reply. I gave the job to another company that was more responsive.

Zach came out to measure my yard and give me an estimate, but he never called me back. It was a waste of my time and he should have communicated with me better.

Zachary is a great guy and takes great pride in his work. The job took twice as long as he expected due to the difficult pattern and irregular tiles. But he never complained and did the best he could do with the material he was provided. The floor makes my wife smile every time she see it. There's no higher complement. Excellent work.

It went great! My tenant was more than satisfied with the quick and professional service. I would definitely recommend contacting Zack through Angie's List.

He went over and above to complete everything as promised. All work was done.

Zach showed up early and got to work right away. He opened all of the boxes (23 total!) and sorted them out. He hung the steel brackets and everything went smoothly. I had anticipated that the 3 closets would take a day or two, but Zach was able to finish them in 7.5 hours! I am very impressed with him & will definitely call him for my handyman jobs around the house! In fact, I have already started my list!

He was professional in all of my contact with him, and I would use him again.

Zach came out within several days of our initinal contact and gave me a verbal estimate. I continued to get other estimates in writting and called and spoke to Zach several days later asking for the estimate in writting. I have left several messages with my email address since then and still haven't be contacted, even when I told him he was the contractor I wanted to do the work. He seemed very nice and knowledgeable but he needs to return phone calls.

The bid went well he was very helpful in color selection and also suggested the shelves over the windows which turned out to be a very nice look. He began with the interior work first, me having to work I left him a key to the house, knowing i would be home late. When I returned home i was pleasantly surprised to find both rooms complete with everything back in its place. The paint job was really good, no paint on baseboards or ceiling, very professional. The crown on the windows were custom made not bought and they add an extra touch to the room. On the second day I came home to find that he had started installing the fence and then finished the following day. Again, he did a great job and was very thorough. I would call him back for more work if need be. He's reasonably priced on his jobs and does it right the first time, which I have found to be a problem in previous experiences.
