Description of Work: Large upper pan el in the pool cage and thelanai door both required replacement. Jeremy and crew handled the job easily and professionally. We are repeat customers, their having installed pet-proof screening on the entire lower section of the pool cage/lanai last year. Also an excellent and professional job.

+ -1 moreUsing the pet screening I had purchased but been unable to install, the group arrived on time, and using their specialized spline removed my damaged screening on the lower panels of my lanai, including the lanai doors. They were prompt, courteous and very professional, completing the job in under 3 hours. I performed a 'walk-thru' inspection of each panel and found not even one discrepancy. Highly recommend this team - they know their business, and are most definitely customer oriented.

Description of Work: They replaced the screen on a large overhead section of my pool screened enclosure. It went very well. They showed up at the agreed upon time and completed the work in about 3hrs. As a result of the excellent experience, I recommended them to my daughter where they also did excellent work. Their many years of experience showed in the workmanship they exhibited. When the need occurs I will use them again.

+ -1 moreInitial response was excellent. However, I had to call them when they did have the job completed by the date that was promised. I was told the job would be done in 2 weeks, but it actually took 3. They did do an excellent job and I am overall happy with the end result, but felt I should not have had to call them to find out why they weren't at my house by the date they had promised.
