+ -1 moreI hired Angel to install gutters on the front of my house after he came over and gave me an estimate. He promised me a proposal the next day by email, which never arrived. I tried calling and texting over the next few days and never got a response from him. When I finally reached him several days later, he gave me all sorts of excuses about why he didn’t respond. He again promised me the proposal immediately. Again, it never arrived. I don’t understand why he lied and jerked me around like that. This was a complete waste of my time.
