The sales manager did not return my phone calls. I wanted to change the color. I finally got hold of a salesman and he said he would check. Another week or more has gone by and when I called him again this morning he said that I could not change the color. This has transpired over a period of weeks. I finally got a phone number that someone answered. I got the number from an Anderson Window salesman. This is outrageous…I PAID A DEPOSIT of $3622 on April 24th and then had to finally get a phone number that someone would answer and then after 2 weeks I had to call to be told that I could not change the color.

Set an appointment to have garage door springs replaced. Was given a window of 2-5 pm. No show and no call from the business to say they were running late. I finally received a called at 5:15 p.m. saying they would not be there for another 45 minutes. Had to leave so ask to call the next morning to schedule a time. No call until 11 am the next day and no appointment available until the following week (as it was a Friday). Canceled and called another company only to find out their quote for the service was about 10% more than the other company I hired to complete the service.

It didn't turn out very well. It was ok. The door made noise. He oiled it or whatever, and it was a little better. I have a thing that you put on the door for hurricane protection. He kept saying that it was hitting up against the garage door but I've never had that problem before. He put the stuff on and it did sound a bit better but then the next day it was back again. I called him and he came back out and puttered around with it and left. It's still noisy. We've used them in the past. I've always had very good luck with them. They have been very good. They were out here very quickly and when called back they were here within a day or so.

The service was fine. As far as price, I think it’s comparable. They’re very efficient, on time and pricing was fair. The workers were just fine. That was the first time I used this company.

It was a good experience. The overall experience was excellent. They didn't charge anything because they had just installed a brand new system in May and it was still under warranty. I really liked that they fixed it. The workers were very nice. They were courteous and did what they were supposed to do. I would give them a C because it broke within a month.

They came when scheduled, even early, and the service technician was knowledgeable, and accomplished the work quickly. Nice job all the way around and pointed out some things that might become issues in the future. I would work with them again.

I called the company after receiving an add from Angies List for a "tune-up" special. Regularly $99.50 for $39.95. I specifically asked the agent when I set up the appointment if they still honored the advertised special. When questions what I needed done I explained general tune up, lube hinges and rollers and realign the electronic eyes, and was advised that is exactly what is covered with their tune up. The technician showed up right on time and was very professional, doing exactly what was agreed upon. Upon leaving I was given a bill for $99.50, which I refused to pay. The technician contacted the company who denied giving me the $39.95 quote. I contacted the manager and after numerous attempts by him to tell me I got more than a tune up because the technician spent more than 20 minutes at my home, even though I explained to him much of that time was spent answering some of my question concerning replacing my door opener. He finally told me he would accept the $39.95 payment then hung up on me. I was planning on replacing both the chain drive door opener with a belt drive as well as replacing all the rollers with nylon rollers, but it won't be Allied Doors doing the work!

Overall it went very well. Technician was not particularly happy about having to scrape paint off between the joints but he did it. Installed new rollers, tightened the spring and in addition added new bottom bracket and door seal. There was an additional fee beyond the original special on Angie's list for that. The door works much better.

Everything works fine. Outside number pad was not mounted straight, so I did over as we were leaving town and I did not want to setup another appointment. Inside unit was mounted very high, and there was slack in the pre existing unit wire so had the installer discussed with me, I would have had it moved down a foot. So I redid that myself also. Installer also did not sweep garage after completion, so I did that, and there was some debris from his work. So a B grade is appropriate. Granted I did not contact installer to correct issues, but two visits for a 1 visit job does nor qualify for an A, when 2 of the 3 complaints should have been addressed the first time no problem.

It went really well. Scott showed up on time to give us a detailed estimate. We scheduled an appointment to have it installed. The installers showed up on time and were professional. Our door works great.

The Tech did an excellent job. Explained every detail I wanted to know and was meticulous in execution. I was very pleased.

I called on Thursday and they scheduled for the following Monday. Gave window of arrival time and showed up within that time. Installer was very polite and professional and did all install within a timely manner. We cannot believe how quiet the door is now in its operation!! Great service by Dennis and would recommend to anyone who needs a new garage door system!

That was terrible. When they came to do the service, they blew the capacitor in the door that opened the motor which they claimed wasn't their fault. It happens when you open or close the door too many times. In their servicing, they did that. We ended getting a return of the money. We went elsewhere because the price they wanted to replace it was outrageous. The guy who was here to do the tune-up was good. They were punctual. The guy who came here did his job and did it on time.

After replacing door rollers and greasing the tracks the door was much quieter

The service person was on time and provided the work as ordered, cleaned up after himself. We were pleased with the results.

They were prompt efficient and economical---fabulous. Excellent installers.

Showed up on time, performed the service in a short time and the door noise was gone. It made a horrible sound before and how it is quiet--because of the lubrication. Will definitely use them in the future as they have a $49 special just for lubrication.

I signed up their their Angie's List Deal service special that was to replace up to 10 rollers, not 10 rollers period. The catch is up to 10 rollers, well I guess 0 rollers is up to 10 rollers. Had I noticed that they were from Naples, I would not have had them do the work, as I live in North Fort Myers. The service technician showed up way later than the time given that he was to arrive. Naples to North Fort Myers could have been a part of that. .My overhead door now works fine, but they did not look over my door and make any kind of recommendation of maintenance that my overhead door might require. My overhead door now works fine, but I have no confidence that the work that they did will have any effect on it not failing at a later date. The staff that answers the phone did not seem very professional and only seemed vaguely aware of Angie's List or of any emails. T

It went really well. The door functions soo much better now.
