John came out and inspected everything thoroughly and gave us the report promptly. Very detailed and very professional. He was on time and he answered all our questions. I would recommend his service and I will use him in the future.

Things could not have gone better. John communicates often and made sure to call me the day before the inspection to coordinate the next steps. This was very important to me because I was not able to personally be there for the inspection ( I live in another state) but my realtor was able to be there and stay thru the entire inspection. John took about 4 hours and covered every inch of the house. He evaluated the interior and exterior of the house including attic and lanai. He evaluated everything and was unbelievably comprehensive. From garage to roof, attic to lanai, even the individual floor tiles did not escape John's critical eye. After he completed the inspection , he reviewed his findings with me by phone. In addition he not only took pictures of the areas evaluated , he also did a narrated video to explain each finding . WOW! Now let me repeat that...,WOW! John really knows what it takes to do a great house inspection. His bill was spot on with his estimate and I can say I was happy to pay it. He deserved every penny. I only wish there was a rating above "A" because he certainly deserves an A++

I have very high standards and John from All Home Inspections surpassed every area possible. I ran into multiple issues with my builder and John simply worked through every single challenge. You may hear the phrase ?he went above and beyond the call of duty? but in this case, it was totally true? and then some. The short story I that this was the best money I ever spent and won?t ever use anyone else?. John is that good. John does his job and does a great job at home inspecting? period. Nothing replaces confidence and experience, and John has both. I was told by my builder, my realtor (along with a few others) that I was crazy to hire a home inspector for newly constructed home. Nothing could be further from the truth. I went through this home several times on my own and did not pick up on half of the issues that John found. His experience, keen eye and thoroughness proved extremely valuable when he found that there was a potential blockage in the sewer drain/waste pipe for the home. That alone was ?worth the price of admission? (the price of the inspection) but he continued to find things that I never thought about. He found issues that potentially could appear in the future with my NEW gutters and my NEW air conditioning unit. THANK YOU JOHN FOR CATCHING THESE THINGS! I have to say once again that I would not have known about these things if he didn?t point them out to me. John doesn?t rush you and answers all of your questions; not just the day of inspection, but afterwards if need be. He?s straightforward, gives you the facts, whether they are good or bad regarding the condition of your home. He put my family?s mind at ease with his attention to detail, as we only had one shot to catch any of these deficiencies. What is important here is that that John works for YOU. His commitment is to give you the best possible inspection and point out any issues with your home. If you stop and think about it, the purchase of your home is most likely the biggest purchase you will make in your life. Even if you sell your home and buy another one, you are still most likely paying A LOT of money. John is worth every cent and I would have paid him more now that I know what he is all about. He leaves ?no stone unturned? and will find the good and the bad during his inspection. He?s not kidding when he says he devotes a full day into your inspection. John from AllHome Inspection is absolutely top notch. From the first contact via phone, he scored an A+ with me and I knew right away that I would not be using any other company. When I received the full, comprehensive report from John, it was amazing. Detailed, well laid out with photos and arrows pointing out any issues he found along with helpful information. Copies were send to the builder and he even commented that it was the most thorough, comprehensive report that he has ever seen in many years in the business. One of the top issues with my newly built home was the fact that the water was not going down the waste pipe and eventually would overflow the toilet. My builder told me that ?this may be normal? since we had many sources of water running at the same time, but John?s experience told him there HAD to be a blockage. Long story short, I pushed to have thebuilder?s plumber come to the house and he found a stone (obstruction) in the pipe! Imagine a couple of weeks, months or even a year later, how bad of a flood or sewage backup there would have been? It was ALL BECAUSE of JOHN?S EXPERIENCE OF KNOWING WHAT TO LOOK FOR! And also sticking to his guns that there was a problem in this line? he was right!! THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN If you are in the Naples area (and Southwest Florida for that matter), this is the only call or contact you need to make. I?m really not kidding. I told John to have any potential customer contact me for a reference to share my story with them, as I was so impressed with his work ethic and commitment to his job, which is rarely seen anymore. You will NOT be disappointed with John, but instead thoroughly impressed with him from start to finish. Thank you John and keep up the good work for the good people out here! John was very thorough and went over all of the information with us. We liked that he used video to also explain the various aspects of the home inspection. He followed up within the appropriate time and then gave us a call about a month later to see how things were going. Very attentive. We would hire him again.

John performed a home inspection for a property I was purchasing. The inspection was very detailed and thorough beyond what I expected. He took his time and went through the entire inside and outside of the house inspecting every last inch. He found several important items and provided a comprehensive report. You can tell he really cares about his customers and the quality of the service he provides. It was a great experience and I will use him again. I highly recommend his service. I wish that every person/company I hired had the same degree of integrity.

John was very responsive. He accommodated my schedule. The inspection took approximately 5 hours and was very detailed. He looked at roof, attic, utilities, appliances, mechanical equipment, patio/lanai, screen cage, windows, paint, water damage. Pictures of everything and he was very understandable. He made us aware of everything without being overly alarming of minor defects. Electronic report within 5 business days. His report was detailed well organized, and although probably pre-formatted contained no extraneous info from other jobs. Good attention to detail. He's not in the repair business so he won't try and sell a repair - no hidden agenda. I have recommended him and will use him again in the future.

John Barreiro wasted little time in getting on with the task at hand. He promised to inspect the property as if it were his own. I believe he did just that. John is a true professional and dedicated to his work. He also (for an additional fee) made himself available for the pre-closing walk through in order to verify that the promised remediations had been successfully completed by the buyer.I felt he was my advocate during the entire process. He is not, however, an alarmist who is bent on finding unreasonable fault wherever possible and causing undue stress all around. His approach is methodical and rational.

He was extremely attentive to detail. When I got there he was talking into a microphone. He made a DVD for me with the pictures he took. He took me completely through the house and I went up into the attic area where he showed me insulation and an electrical box. He took his time to explain every little thing that he saw. By the end of the day on Friday, he had put together a 58 page report that he e-mailed to me, and the real estate agent dealing with the home. Since then I have talked to him over an hour this morning. He wanted to know about the issues I had with the roof and he followed with the roofer, as well as with the electrician. I cannot stress enough how thorough he is and how on the ball he is. He is amazing!

John is a man with a great deal of integrity, professionalism and was very thorough doing the inspection of my home. I highly recommend Allhome Inspections.

I hired John, owner of AllHome Inspection, to inspect our new home before we signed our closing documents. From the start John was very open and honest about the services he performed and provided me with a lot of great information about inspecting a home. I interviewed 3 different home inspection services and chose AllHome Inspection because John only performs one inspection per day giving his total attention to my home (other services perform 4-6 inspections a day), he provides a full report with pictures and videos (other services only provide a report), he was very open and honest and he received great reviews on Angie’s List. John confirmed our appointment a few days before the inspection, he showed up on time and made sure I understood his process and asked if I had any questions. John spent 6 hours inspecting my entire home, both inside and outside, and found a lot of issues that needed to be addressed. After his inspection, he walked me through my home and showed me every issue he found, explained the problems, recommended solutions and allowed me to ask questions. I would recommend John to anyone who is looking for a home inspector. His attention to detail, comprehensive report with pictures and video, his policy of always having open lines of communication with his clients and his high level of honesty and integrity set him apart from all the other home inspectors in the area. After reviewing Angie's list for a home inspection service I selected and quot;Allhome Inspectionand quot;due to the positive reviews. When I spoke with John Barreiro, Chief Inspector, over the phone he was very informative of the services he provides and his cost. My case was a little different in that I was placing my rental house on the market and that I lived out of state in California. John was respectful of my tenant's time and offered to make arrangement with them for the home inspection at a convenient date and time. He kept me informed about his progress via phone, text and email. Reviewing the written report and DVD was extremely informative. The DVD was narrated by explanations to the issues found with the house and recommendation or references as to whom to contact for repair. Wow! This was great! It seemed as if I was right there during the inspection. Also, I received multitudes of pictures of the house inside and outside that gave me a good idea of the house's condition before putting it up for sale. I would use and quot;Allhome Inspectionand quot; again and recommend this company to family and friends without reservations.and quot;

I spoke with John, and he was able to schedule the inspection quickly, and accomodate our schedule. He showed up on time, and began his inspection outside. After spending hours outside in the VERY cold weather, he came in to inspect the inside of the home. After six or seven hours of inspecting, he walked through the home and explained everything he witnessed and tested. He was incredibly thorough. He was patient in explaining everything to me, and pointed out evidence of everything he found, in addition to photographing and video recording his findings. We hired him as our inspector even though the seller's had provided their own inspection report. John found many things that were not included in the seller's report. I have had to contact him a couple times to ask questions for clarification and recommendations about who to contact for quotes for repairs, and each time he responded quickly and thoroughly. It was really a great overall experience. The home he inspected was over 5000 sq ft, and unfortunately, had lots of issues, which should explain the length of the inspection and the cost.

The services performed were truly better then expected. John was very pleasant and detailed. The overall inspection took hours and he checks every little detail. I have been renting a room in this house that I am now buying for some time and most of the stuff that he found I had no idea of! He detected small spot of rust on water pipes, reversed polarity and non grounded outlets. He catches things that other professorial have missed. For example, there was water damage in one spot of the house and the old landlord called out some contractors to find this damage source. Of course they could not, but John found it with out even being told of this problem. The details of his inspection lead him all over from the roof of your house to the floors of the basement. A day after the inspection he will give you a well documented report in a binder about 90 pages long. He also gives you a DVD with all the pictures and videos he has taken. This is great because he lets you know what he recommends to do to fix the problem and it is well documented if you can't get to the repairs right away. The last thing that I want to mention is how he always has an open line of communication. He said that he will even bring back he radon test gear for me (free of charge) again in a few months when the radon levels may be highest in the year. Overall he was a great guy and I would never go with anyone else after this great experience!

John is the owner and only inspector for All Home Inspection. To get a better understanding of the level of his inspections and attention to detail, you must know that he is a retired NYC Detective. He is extremely thorough and detailed in his inspection process and reports. Prior to hiring him, I interviewed him via the phone. He described in great detail how he inspects homes and treats them like an investigation. True to his word, he spent about 7 hours at the house! He then reviewed the entire house and the found issues with me, making sure that I understood the condition. He then completes his inspection with the report (done a day later) where he puts it in a binder and includes a DVD of all the pictures and videos he takes. With no major issues at my home, the report was approx 40 pages! John also mentioned many times that I can call him anytime (2 days, 3 years whatever) if I have questions about his report. John conducts his inspections for his customer - THE HOME BUYER. Too many other inspectors have very close relationships with Realtors and a conflict of interest when comes to looking out for the home buyer. When choosing a home inspector be sure to do 3 things. 1) Do not just use your Realtor's suggestion 2) Interview more than two inspectors 3) Choose the inspector who will work for you, not the Realtors In the corrupt business of Real Estate, you need to look out for yourself during your home purchase. Using a competent, truthful inspector is one of your best defenses against buying a money pit!!! I would recommend John to any of my friends and I would definitely use him again!
