+ -1 moreThey did the initial install of the shutters and they come every year and clean up. They are good. The guys come and they do the job. They are very professional when they come to do the job and leave.

+ -1 moreThe work was not performed as contracted. Based on collecting our deposit on July 2, AWHS should have completed the work by August 20 at the latest. I called AWHS in late August, and they promised to complete the work within two weeks. This was not done. All Weather Hurricane Shutters was well aware of our condo building's policy that does not allow construction activity after October 1. Our building manager was willing to allow several extra days beyond Oct 1 for AWHS to complete the shutter installation. In a voicemail to me on October 2 AWHS again promised to complete the work within one week - but they did not do so. I have no confidence that All Weather Hurricane Shutters will complete the work. We have asked for our deposit to be returned, but AWHS has refused to do so
Description of Work: All Weather Hurricane Shutters took our 50% deposit for new hurricane shutters to be installed on July 2, 2015. They promised to remove our old shutters and install new shutters within 5-7 weeks. They removed most of the old shutters in mid July. This was the last work completed. They have not returned to install the new shutters, and they refuse to return our deposit.
