Terrific! Andrezza kept me informed, arrived on schedule & provided the cleaning services as planned. The quality of her work is excellent & I would definitely hire her again.

Owner/manager was able to communicate but I was unable to communicate with staff or give direction, once she left my home. (language barrier) There were positives and negatives. They certainly put in the time I paid for and they were pleasant and courteous, however, I probably would look at other providers if I need help on a regular basis. It was also a bit inconvenient that I had to take out and anticipate everything they would need for cleaning supplies, step stool, etc.

We set up a time for her to come. I wanted her to come on 12/12/2016 and then she said it was better if she came on 12/13/2016 due to working in my area. I said fine you can come Tuesday instead if that is better for you. I changed it to accommodate her wishes. She did not arrive at 1:30 as scheduled. I gave her her an hour after the scheduled time. After she did not show, I called Angie's list and they gave me her phone number. She was at another job she said phone was broken and her email not working. I asked her why she did not contact Angie's list and she stated that her phone was not working. Her phone was obviously working because I called her on it. There was nothing wrong with her phone. I asked her again why she did not contact Angie's list. She did not have an answer for this.

It was not great. I would give them all C's. Their punctuality was fine. They didn't bring their own supply. They didn't bring their cleaning packs.

I called in advance to make sure they could accommodate me at the last-minute during a holiday week. They managed to fit me in and told me they would be showing up between 3-3:30. They ended up calling to let me know they had finished their previous job early and were there ahead of 2. There were two cleaners, both were friendly although their english was not very strong. I showed them through the house - they told me they did not have the proper cleaner for the tile floors. As I am in the process of moving, I did not have any floor cleaner with me and was surprised they did not bring it with them. However, I had them continue with the rest of the cleaning and I obtained floor cleaner in the meantime. Overall, they worked hard and did a very thorough job. I felt the price paid was fair for the quality provided; the only issue for me is that as a professional housecleaning company I feel they should have all cleaning supplies with them for common cleaning surfaces (I don't think ceramic tile is unusual). However, I would not hesitate to use them again and would fully recommend them to others.

I was in the process of moving, and normally I would clean the house myself prior to leaving. During that time, I had a lot of other stuff going on as well as the move, and I ran out of energy and time. I checked Angie's List for home cleaners and saw the listing for All Clean Care Corp. and the price was right, so I enlisted them to do the cleaning. One of her cleaners called out sick on the day of the job, so that left just two of them to clean the entire house. They did an outstanding job, and the two of them completed the job in the allotted time frame. I would hire them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good cleaning service.

Andrezza promptly returned my call and came by a few days later to clean my home. We had just moved in and the place was a mess! Andrezza and her assistant came in and got right to work. They did a great jib. Very thorough and very professional. I had her back a week later for another cleaning and once again, she was prompt, professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend her.

Andrezza and her team arrived on time. The girls began cleaning immediately, while Andrezza and I spoke about my preferences and priorities in cleaning my home; what products I preferred be used on certain surfaces and areas of my home I wanted special attention payed to. They did everything I asked for and more! Very professional and polite. I have already booked with her to clean my home again!! Thanks to your team for a superb job!!

She is terrible. She said that she had called me yesterday and I was home all day to know that she didn?t call me. She didn?t show up when she was supposed to show up today. I have a party tomorrow and there is no way that the house is going to get cleaned with how they have lied to me.

Andrezza was very responsive, on time and very professional. They did a great job and were very conscientious.

We must have not communicated correctly as I was sure it was $30 per hour for 2 people, but after the cleaning was told it was $30 per person.

They are always on time and no talking but softly, working with no breaks. They cleaned windows, oven plus the vacuuming and floor cleaning.

I contacted All Clean Care through Angie's List. Within a day, I was speaking with Andrezza and setting up an appointment. The appointment was reconfirmed the prior evening, and the crew arrived on-time to start the work. At the finish of the cleaning, the results exceeded my expectations. I felt the price was fair, and the service was excellent. I will use All Clean Care again. I highly recommend Andrezza and her crew for your cleaning requirements.

Three women cleaned our house in 2 hours. 8:15-10:30 AM. Arrived 10 minutes late.

They contacted me promptly on the message center the same day as purchase and informed me that they don't service my area.

They did contact me very quickly, however they do not service my area.

I am a very particular woman concerning the cleaning of ANYTHING!!! I have recommended easily and with no reservations All Clean Care to many friends and prospective clients. May I just say that I have used this service for years. Need I say more?

I have employed All Clean Care for about 12 years now...they come every other week. I have found them to be conscientious, experienced, capable and responsive to my requests. They have always accommodated any special requests for holiday scheduling, don't mind if my puppy follows them around, and generally are all that you would want in a cleaning service. One thing they do not do is move heavy furniture out to clean behind it, but I have not expected that on a weekly cleaning schedule. If I had asked for that kind of a cleaning on a certain week, I'm sure I would be accommodated; however, the price would understandably be more.
