About us

All American Home Watch, LLC is family owned and operated. Full time residents since 1993 with many years of property management experience. We provide home/condo watch and concierge services. We are licensed, insured and bonded and provide professional, courteous service to our clients. We take pictures and email you upon each visit and will inform clients of any problems we find and help get them taken care of. We can shop and stock your fridge and pantry prior to your arrival, pick you up at the airport, whatever we can do to help.

Home / condo watch on a weekly or monthly basis. We can wait for and supervise subcontractors, cable company, furniture delivery, shop, help with pets, plants, transportation, administrative services. No home watch company can prevent problems, but problems are greatly lessened when they happen and are found quickly.

Provider is very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. I have known this provider for many years to be honest, with integrity, and trustworthy. Great positive, can do attitude. Flexible and hard working.
Description of Work: Provider is updating backlog of Quickbook entires, does invoicing, and organizational administrative duties.
