 + -1 moreI was totally pleased with Air Naples speedy and efficient response. All staff, from the receptionist to the owner, Mr. Gann, were very pleasant to deal with. This is a small company operated by the owner. I look forward to using their services in future. Initially I found Air Naples in Angie's List.
Description of Work: On the coldest night this year my heating broke down! I called Air Naples & spoke with Mr.Gann who sent a repair man later that day. Robert arrived (straight from his doctor's office) and quickly discovered the problem, a failed electronic board. He replaced the part and I had heat again. I decided to join the company's yearly maintenance program. This includes 2 service calls a year and a discount on future repairs. They even gave me the discount on that day's repair, which I thought very fair. The total price included repair and annual maintenance fee which I consider extremely good value.

After one year, system is still performing very well, confirming validity of decision to proceed with low cost approach. Service contract visits have been timely and professional.
Description of Work: Checked out A/C and replaced evaporator coil and provided one year service contract which included two visits.

I contacted the company and the owner offered to come by that same afternoon. He was friendly, honest and did a thorough job.

 + -1 moreThey have been fantastic! This is a small company. They've even replaced parts at no charge since they informed us it shouldn't have gone out so soon. This really impressed us. They always show up on time when they say they will. We will continue to use them for future service and have recommended them to all my friends.

 + -1 moreDoug also tested the system as well to make sure that everything worked fine. He was very professional. He was a very straight forward and honest guy. He was very prompt and came out when he said he would. I will definitely use him for any air conditioning work in the future.
Description of Work: My air conditioner went out. I called another company who told me (without ever coming out) that I needed to replace my whole unit. I called Air Naples because they gave free estimates if you've received an estimate from a competitor. They found out it was just the circuit board that needed to be replaced.
