Jeff arrived exactly at the time that was committed. Jeff was very helpful to explain the testing that would be conducted, and the area's of the Condo that were to be tested, including a test outdoors to use as a baseline. While the testing was being performed, Jeff recommended that his website be consulted for additional information with regard to the types of Mold and definitions of the different Mold varieties. I found Jeff to be extremely informed, and very willing to discuss his testing procedures. I also found his approach to be very grass-roots in the fact that he felt most mold issues can be solved by the homeowner with simple maintenance and cleaning. Jeff also gave insights on how to close up a property for the season which I found very beneficial. I would not hesitate to contract with Jeff in the future, and I recommend him completely. I walked away from the testing feeling very confident that the testing was conducted correctly. I also would add that I felt Jeff was very straightforward, and honest, when discussing the topic of mold in general.
