We recently went into contract with a buyer for our house. A home inspection was done at the buyer's request and an item listed on the report for repair was small areas of missing grout in master bath shower. I contacted several tile and grout companies from Angie's List to come out and make this repair. None of them would come out, citing that the job was too small and they were too busy to do it. Our time was running out for our deadline to complete the repair and we were in a bit of a panic. I then called Ageless Tile & Grout and spoke to Manny Martinez and explained my situation. He came out first thing the next morning to look at the shower. He said he, too, was extremely busy with other jobs but, because of the urgency of our situation, he agreed to come back and make the repair. He showed up at the scheduled time a couple of days later and completed the work. He did a great job that fulfills our obligation to our buyer. He was courteous and professional and gave us a very reasonable price. Most importantly, he took the time to come out and do the work for us when no one else would. We are sincerely appreciative and will refer him to friends and family.

It went amazing! From the very first moment to the last Manny was an absolute professional. He called me back promptly, made himself available to look at the project the very same day, always showed up on time or early and took exceptional pride in his work. He didn't rush through the job or cut corners. Even though my project was small compared to the work he usually does, he treated me and my project like it was one of his million dollar jobs. I took pictures of the job in progress and shared it with friends and family - they all commented on what a fantastic job he was doing ....you know, like you see the great contractors on HGTV do but no one in real life does. Manny did the job right. I wanted the shower water-proofed and many tile contractors really don't want to be bothered with that - it takes time, the material is expensive and it can be messy. Manny and his team didn't flinch. They did a really great job making sure that my shower will last forever. The tile I purchased were large-format, full-body color porcelain that I bought on close-out. These tile are big and heavy! Not a problem for Manny and his guys. Every cut was flawless, grout lines tight and straight and the cut outs for plumbing were very well done. You can roll a quarter on the floor - the tile are perfectly level. I asked Manny to do a stacked brick and while that sounds simple, the straight lines means it has to be perfect, and it is! I probably wouldn't have found Manny without Angie's List and I can say that finding him was all by itself worth the price of membership. He is the only tile guy I will ever use in Naples. Prompt, courteous, professional, detail-oriented, fair and a nice guy - I couldn't have asked for more.

He does remodeling and floor coverings really well. He did it very perfectly for us. I would rate him highly. He was a subcontractor from the contracting company.
