When I got there, the wait was less than 10 minutes. First I was seen by the PA. She took my history and did her own examination. Then the doctor came in and did her examination. The PA and the physician then compared their findings. I think this is an excellent way to do an examination of this type being it is so easy to miss a small cancerous spot. The spots of concern were non-cancerous so I have no experience with actual treatment. However I will say that the exam was thorough. I'd only been to one skin doctor previously but found his exam lacking.

Great office staff and PA

I have been seeing Dr. Yang-Howard for ten years now. She is very professional and personable. On top of her great service she is also a great surgeon. I definitely feel confident with her performing any procedures that I might need.

Although I had to wait some time for my appointment, once I was placed in the room I understood about the wait. I was treated like I was the only patient they had. I had the most thorough screening that anyone could imagine. They found some areas that needed to be biopsied. Each area was documented along with a digital photo. The entire staff and doctor were very professional and kind. I was treated like a real person. I would highly recommend this medical facility, doctor (Cindi Yag-Howard), Diane and and the rest of the staff to everyone.

I am due for my next yearly checkup. It is largely a female office. Dr. Cyndi Yag Howard is the dermatologist and she has several physician assistants. She is truly wonderful. She has treated my mother. The physician assistants do an annual examination looking for melanoma and things like that. They are a very competent and a very professional group of women. I love them a lot. There is nothing that I dislike. I come from Chicago and I am used to teaching hospitals. All of my doctors in Chicago taught at those hospitals. I am used to a seriously professional approach to the practice of medicine which is what is lacking in Florida as I am appalled by some of these people. A friend of mine reminded me that some of these were always at the bottom of their medical school class and most of them have come down here unfortunately. I am used to the people who are incredibly involved and love what they do. They want to keep improving their skills and that is what their office is like. They keep studying and are way ahead of the curve of the other doctors that I have been to. They take their roles seriously. They are kind, efficient and very good at what they do. It does not get any better than that. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Wendy Shedd PA does the annual exam working under Dr.Cyndi Yag-Howard (who did my surgery). Both are caring and competent. Office stall is kind and understanding.
