THIS FIRM NO LONGER EXISTS. IT WAS ADMINISTRATIVELY DISSOLVED BY THE SEC OF STATE OF FLORIDA DIVISION OF CORPORATIONS IN 2009. YOU CAN CHECK IT ON SUNBIZ.ORG. THIS FIRM IS BEING INVESTIGATED BY THE COLLIER COUNTY LICENSING BOARD FOR ILLEGAL SERVICES (OPERATING WITHOUT AN ELECTRICAL LICENSE). THIS FIRM DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE OCCUPATIONAL BUSINESS LICENSE WITH LEE COUNTY (CALL LEE COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR TO CONFIRM). Description of Work: He provided electrical services for which he does not have a license. He also cleaned two rugs the result of which injured two individuals. All complaints were ignored and payment demanded. Acura Clean & Restoration Inc. (A NON-REGISTERED FIRM IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA) then sued fore payment and is being countersued. The parties injured by his service are now speaking with attorneys to sue for their injuries, as well.
