+ -1 moreI’ve been going to Actions Computer Repairs for several years with all my computer issues. Keven is highly reliable and extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of computer technology. My old desktop recently crashed into total non-response. Kevin immediately responded to my calls for assistance and quickly diagnosed my computer as irretrievable. He recommended a new computer and located exactly what he was recommending at a local computer store and we went to pick it up. He installed the new computer, transferred all my data from the old hard drive and did not leave my side until I was up and running again. Many thanks, Kevin. I wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else with my computer problems. Semper Fi. Six Stars.

+ -1 moreAll of my devices are running well, and repair done within a amazingly short time, considering bad encounter with another repair business. He was punctual, professional and friendly. And I'm pleased he personally serviced my laptop!
Description of Work: With Mr.Jackson's help I discovered I had a bad download of Windows10. I didn't want the app and wanted to return to Windows7, and he expertly performed that process, as well as cleaning up my hard drive, and other tips for optimum performance of my other laptop and even cell phone.

+ -1 moreHad a virus and I did not know how to resolve the issue. Mr. Jackson came out and took care of the problem in a very professional way. I could not be more pleased with his proficiency. He even took time to explain several technical items and made the computer run more efficiently. He is also very good with helping over the phone which is a "perk" that is very welcome.

+ -1 moreKevin worked to erase all my unused programs and was able to put a new protection virus/malware scan on my computer for free. I was able to cancel my old virus protection that was a yearly charge and he gave me information on how to upgrade my computer at a reasonable price that should add more years to my computer. I was so impressed with Kevin's ability to fix my computer issues so fast and how he gave me good tips on keeping my equipment in good shape. I can highly rate Kevin's ability and professionalism.

While repairing and updating all four computers a power failure (occurredcaused by a storm) occurred and Kevin Jackson was very patient and waited until power was restored to ensure that all our computers were in proper working order. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was extremely helpful. He was very professional, courteous, friendly and very patient. I highly recommend his services.
Description of Work: Installed a new power pack to my PC. Also, resolved other issues, such as slow speed, unwanted programs, "cleaned up " desktop, etc. on this PC and 3 laptops.

Description of Work: Kevin did a terrific job in fixing so many problems we had with our computer and the wireless conections to the printer, laptop, and the TV. He is a genius with the computer,the software, and the peripheral equipment. .Besides being very knowledgable iin the computer business, Kevin is very personable and pleasant and can explain in layman's terms what needs to be done to keep the computers running satisfactorily.

Description of Work: Kevin replaced our old Dell dinosaur computer with a laptop that we had that no longer had a working screen. He was able to hook that up to our existing monitor, transfer all of our pictures, music, etc, and pull our quickbooks and personal documents off the hard drive and transfer that for us. He also updated much of our software and showed us how to do the same for ourselves periodically - teaching us what to keep and what we could let go of. He also helped me update our other laptop and showed me how to use my external hard drive back up system!
