+ 4 moreThank goodness I found Roger Borg, a Licensed Public Insurance Adjuster with Accurate Public Insurance Adjusters in Florida, on Angies List. I couldn’t have had a better advocate to deal with my insurance carrier when I incurred major damages to my home from a burst bathroom pipe. Roger was thorough in his estimation of the damages and extremely knowledgable of Florida’s insurance laws. He kept incredible records of the entire event and dealt tirelessly with my insurance company’s adjusters and lawyers. But most importantly, was his compassion and reassurance through a difficult dispute with my insurance carrier. Because of Roger, the insurance companies initial $7,100 payout was settled for $25,000. Also, the insurance company separately paid Roger’s fee and all attorney fees… Thank you Roger Borg. Description of Work: My insurance company finally sent an adjuster to the house to evaluate the extensive damage from a burst pipe in the master bath, five days after the incident. It was obvious from her attitude and comments, she was not going to fairly evaluate the damage, so I decided to hire my own adjuster.
