Description of Work: Received an email confirmation from the company scheduler that someone would be over between 9-10 am to provide an estimate. I explained that I needed an early appointment. The person from the company showed up at 11:30 am as we were headed out the door. Told us that we had the time wrong, that they always give a two hour window. Well, I have it in writing that they were coming between 9-10am.
