Freddie was great, punctual and professional. He checked out my breaker box as an extra and found loose breakers which he tightened up at no cost. Made a suggestion that while it cost me a little more money was a better way to go. Thanks!

We got the installation date of 4/17/2013, a Wednesday, for the 'Walk-In-Tub' from Premier Care on 4/12/2013, a Friday. We called A/C Electrical Services a little before noon, that same day. The A/C representative told us that they had a crew doing some work in our neighborhood, so someone would come by later in the afternoon to determine what needed to be done and provide an estimate of the cost. Sure enough, Gregg showed up that afternoon and figured out what was needed to do both jobs, i.e., what parts would be needed, how accessible our attic was, how long it would take, and what it would cost. We informed Gregg that it would be necessay for the electrical work for the tub to be done within the 'timeframe/window' specified by Premier Care so as not to inhibit the installation process and at the wall location to be indicated by the tub installer. We agreed on the cost and the date and timeframe for the work on both jobs to be accomplished by A/C. On the tub installation day, 4/17/2013, Juan of A/C Electrical Services arrived at our house and completed both jobs well within the 'timeframe/window' specified by Premier Care. He coordinated with the Premier Care installer to determine where to install the GFCI outlet. Juan knew exactly what to do and how to do it. Before he left, Juan reviewed his work with us to demonstrate that everything that we had requested had been done. As a part of this review, Juan showed us the GFCI re-set switch for the tub, which he had installed on the wall in our closet that backed up to the newly installed tub. We were satisfied with the work and paid the agreed upon price, as estimated by Gregg, for the work. In our opinion, both Gregg and Juan were very 'Professional' in their dealings with us. If and when we require electrical services in the future, we will certainly call on A/C Electrical Services. Furthermore, we are delighted to recommend A/C Electrical Services to others who might have similar requirements.

The receptionist said they were very busy, but she squeezed an appointment for me early the next day. From the start to the finish, Greg was professional, prompt, and informative. He was finished with the whole job in one hour. I was quite impressed with the company.

We called regarding the lack of electricity in our youngest son's room. A/C Electrical Services sent out Juan S. and he was fantastic. My husband was here and said that he was quick, knowledgeable and efficient. According to my husband, Juan checked the panel to ensure that it wasn't a breaker issue and then knew from past experiences to check for loose wiring due to the age of our home. He recognized a problem with one of our outlets in an adjacent room. He was done within an hour. Awesome. It is important to also note that they provide service to the Immokalee area. It can often be hard to find quality services that will make the trip out here so we are doubly excited to have found such a wonderful business to handle all of our electrical needs.

The price was upfront and the estimate was good. It was a great service. Everything turned out ok.

They are absolutely amazing. John is the service person who comes to the house 90% of the time and he brings a helper Mike, who also does work. I highly recommend them.

Did a very clean and competent job.

This is the second time I have used A C Electric, and everything was great. Prompt, efficient, great work and cleaned up after the jobs were complete. I made an error with installation directions, and Isaac was able to return my home later in the day to fix my error. I am very appreciative!

Service was excellent across the board, even provided advice on what to look for when purchasing the items to be sure installation could be done properly. Installations were done efficiently and exactly as we desired after discussing options with us. Will definitely use again!

I had to call a couple of times to get a hold of the person to set it up, but they followed through. They showed up exactly when they were supposed to. They got it done quickly. The price wasn't out of line.

We have kept their card in case we want to go for that. I like if somebody else uses them too because it's hard to find good lookers. In fact, they were willing to come early during the emergencies.
