Anthony came out to evaluate our needs, then set up a plan to get our generator set up to automatically come on if the power is out. We have a medical need for power and the work was important. They did a great job, and gave us discounts we didn't even know about. The crew worked very hard and very neat.

Everything went great. Frank did a fantastic job. Third time using this company - would definitely recommend.

Matt did a great job of troubleshooting; then replacing all the smoke detectors; all on a Saturday. He accomplished the work in under an hour. I will definitely recommend and call them again.

Frank was the technician and he was prompt, courteous, and went out of his way to be helpful. He moved heavy furniture back in place without being asked. He is an asset to the company and I would not hesitate to ask for him in the future when I have need for electrical work. I felt the charge was reasonable and fair.

A/C Electrical Services has done prior work for me, as well. They also installed an outlet for my clothes dryer. They were professional, efficient and cooperative. They were also punctual. Price-wise, they're higher than most. I probably won't use them again because of their price.

They called and asked if they could come early. They were great guys did a great job and I will call them again for sure.

The bottom line is that he came in, got the job done quickly, and we were very satisfied with the work. The price included the service charge, his time, and the parts used. The lady that I spoke to when I called the office was very nice and helpful. We just felt like this was a very honest company and they were just here to get the job done.

I used Speedy Electric for years, but lately they always had an excuse why they didn't show up. So I looked on Angies List, and liked the reviews that A/C Electric received, so I called them. They answered the phone, made an appointment , showed up on time and fixed the problem. It wasn't a big problem, but I will definitely use them again.

Sunday morning I flipped the light switch in the closet and the power went out in the master bedroom/bathroom/closet. Our house was 2 years old on Dec 28th so it was out of warranty with the home builder. Monday I did call the home builder and they recommended another company for us to hire. We called the other company and they could not get to us until sometime Tues or Wed. I went to Angie's list to look up electrical companies and found A/C Electrical Services - the reviews by other members were really good so we thought "let's give them a call". Before calling I checked out their website and recognized their truck - I've see them around town and just saw one of their trucks this past weekend at the Naples Chalk Art Show. So we called and the person my husband spoke to was very friendly and helpful. She said she would call back with a time, which she did, and it would be 11:00 a.m. the same day. Well 11:00 a.m. came and the technician was at our house. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He spoke mostly to my husband (I don't know anything about electrical) and within 45 minutes we had all the power back on. The technician, Juan Carlos, was so polite and professional, I even asked him if he was the owner of the company. The answer was "no" but by the way he handled the project and his interaction with my husband and I, you would have thought he owned the company. A/C Electrical Services is now our new electrical company to use! Great people, competitive prices, and skilled professionals.

Switched out a ceiling fan. Didn't have one of the parts for the ceiling mount so he went to get it and finished the job. Juan was very professional, pleasant and informative.

They rewired an outlet in our bathroom so the fan didn't come on when you turned on the light. And they ran a new outlet to our laundry room so we could accommodate a new washer and dryer. The service was great and we were told exactly what would happen. They had to cut into our drywall, but made sure to ask us before doing any work. The price was a little more than we anticipated, but they did great work. I would definitely hire them again and will recommend them to friends.

I needed to order a new fan and they did not know the price so the company called back the next day with a price of $400-$500. They weren't sure if that would fix the problem. I ended up going with someone else that I was referred to. He replaced the fan motor for $170 so it saved me a ton of money. Their price was really high. They were quick and he came on time. They didn't fix the problem and there was a $91 service charge.

The ceiling was about 12 feet high. Rod and Robert first put coverings on their shoes when they first came in. Then they moved all of the furniture for me and rolled up the area rugs underneath and put drop cloths on the floor under the fan. After they brought in the ladder, Rod started to take down the old fan and Robert started to put together the new one. They both worked efficiently and together and had it finished in no time. When they finished, they cleaned up, put the trash in the garage and put all of the rugs and furniture back where it belonged. WHAT A PLEASURE! Rod and Robert were professional, respectful and polite. I would definitely recommend AC Electrical Services to everyone and would use them for many years to come. Their slogan "ONCE your electrician, ALWAYS your electrician" is certainly true.

They were simply terrific. They showed up when they said they would and charged a fair amount.

The two men, Jaun and his helper were professional, knowledgeable and most importantly very honest. A/C Electric should consider these employees as valuable assets . I will only use this company in the future and recommend them to anyone.

This was NOT an easy job. The foyer ceiling is 20 feet high where the chandelier was located and the fixture outlet is located above a staircase. The provider came to review, sent one man a few days later and he could not complete it himself. They assessed the situation, came out with two men a few days later. TERRIFIC JOB! The two crew members replaced a very heavy chandelier with a 16 foot ladder - not exactly a walk in the park. Very professional - William and Frank were our guys. Very clean - extremely efficient and the price was amazing. Definitely will use AC Electrical Services for any other electrical project I need in the future.

o I approached this company to do some fairly simple wiring upgrades, of aluminum branch wiring. The company representatives, including the owner, insisted that they could not do the work without fixing every conceivable electrical issue in the entire house for an estimate that was SEVEN TIMES the price I eventually paid to do the simple fix I needed, because they said their license required that. When I said that I only had 5/7 of that amount of money, the owner agreed to do the work I originally requested for what money I had. Since that agreement contradicted his earlier statement, I knew he was lying to me and I was being hustled. I would never do business with this company, would not recommend them to anyone, and warn everyone to be extremely careful in dealing with them.

The work was great and the price was excellent. I called and they came out the next day.

First off, I called in the morning for service. Our electric went out the night before in several rooms. They did not have an appointment until later that week. When I told them that I have an 18 month old and a 1 month old, they said they would work us in. That afternoon a technician by the name of Vito came to the house. My wife and our newborn were the only ones home. Vito was excellent. He was very courteous to my wife considering she would need to feed our son. He not only solved our problem, he also helped with other issues as well. Pretty impressive since he spent a considerable amount of time in the attic while it was in the mid 90's all day. He explained additional issues that we would want to look into at some point (it was a DIY nightmare from the previous owner). A couple of days later, we received a thank you card and next service discount card from the company. I can see why they are a top rated company on Angie's List. When I have the money, I will certainly call them back to complete the work that was recommended.

We had no power to major appliances including the refrigerator. They acted as if it was their food that was spoiling and arrived very quickly. Despite the occasional heavy downpour Juan was able to pick a dry time then go outside and replace the main circuit breaker at the power meter. What a job!

First, I sent an email with what I wanted for an estimate. I was called by the office to schedule a site visit for a FREE estimate. The tech came out (early) and provided an estimate. He was able to do the work right away but I still had to buy one of my vents. I scheduled a time for the next week. The tech was right on time and finished the work ahead of schedule. I liked that they didn't charge me to give an estimate, there were a couple companies that wanted to charge just to show up. I may have paid a little more for the work than an hourly electrician but I knew how much I was going to pay before they showed up.

I called A C Electrical at the recommendation of a contractor. They came out the next day to move an electrical outlet for me. I was very happy with the professionalism of the worker, and the time he took in order to do it right. He had come out with the wrong faceplate to cover the old hole. Rather than make do, he apologized and drove to Lowe's to buy the right one. I was very happy with the work. Price seemed a bit high, but I am glad to pay it for the level of confidence I received.
